out of 5The Ostend Hotel was top class and we intend to go back again this year. We celebrate our silver wedding in Decemberand we are strongly thinking about going to Ostend to celebrate it there! We love the journey over on the ferry, an holiday in itself. The weekend we were in Ostend there was a regatta taking place in the marina with tall ships and marching bands plus an hurdy gurdy man. All terrifc. There were stalls and exhibitions all over the town and all in all it made the weekend all the more special.

out of 5checking in was easy,staff very helpful and cuteous.small swimming pool,good breakfasts.went to the koekoek,half a spit roasted chicken and bread is what you get to eat,washed down with a few glasses of palm beer.another night we went to bennys where we had a bucket of mussels and a dish of chips washed down again with beer.we had a ride out to the charming dutch town of sluis,ideal to spend two or three hours there

out of 5It does what it says on the tin....excellent for the money but rooms a bit small, though adequate.
