out of 5The Old Waverley hotel was good value for money being clean and friendly and in a great location for the rail station, city tours and city centre. Hotel food was good. Could do with a second lift to access upper floors but not a major problem.Edinburgh is a great city to visit and fortunately the weather was good for our stay. Traffic can be a problem especially in Princes Street.

out of 5Hotel was centraly situated. Plenty to do and see. Three nights was not enough. Travel from home to hotel was seamless. Train journey was a delight. Most impressed and will use Superbreaks again.

out of 5We have just returned from a 2 night rail and hotel offer with Superbreak..what excellent value . The rail from London was effortless and comfortable with no problems , arrived in Edinburgh and with a short walk to the Old Waverley Hotel. Our journey was complete, very enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel was in a excellent central location to see the city from. Edinburgh city is an old and beautiful city to expolore
