out of 5Very comfortable hotel and only a couple of hundred yards from the M25 junction. Very comfortable beds, pleasant staff and good breakfast. Evening meal in the hotel was the only slight disappointment - a bit functional and lacking in flavour

out of 5From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single member of staff were beyond helpful!! The food at the Thyme Restaurant was scrumptious.. Compliments to the chef who personally came and asked us if everything was OK. The facilities at the hotel were fantastic. Very clean swimming pool and sauna and steam and Jacuzzi.. Will recommend this break to everyone..you don't need to go out as everything is in the hotel!! Loved it, and will be visiting again!

out of 5We visited Waltham Abbey to have a couple of days with the grandchildren after spending time with our son and other grandchildren at Hatfield. The hotel was very welcoming and we were all very comfortable in our room. The restaurant was very good with cheerful staff and a varied menu including a separate one for children.The reception staff are very helpful in suggesting places to visit.
