Fans of hit Swedish detective show Wallander can catch star Krister Henriksson in London when he makes his West End debut in Doktor Glas next year.
Based on Hjalmer Soderberg's classic novel, the play will open at Wyndham's Theatre on Tuesday, April 16th 2013 and run until May 11th.
Theatre fans will be able to book tickets from Monday, September 17th when they may also want to look for hotel offers in London.
Doktor Glas tells the story of a 19th century physician who falls in love with the wife of a corrupt clergyman.
She tells him her marriage is making her miserable, and his efforts to help resolve the situation lead to a shocking climax.
The West End run follows a successful stint at Sweden's National Theatre, with organisers hopeful it can replicate its success there.
Performed in its original Swedish with English surtitles, and has been co-directed by Henriksson alongside Peder Bjurman.
