Step back in time at the Goodwood Revival
Date Posted: 01/08/12

Experience the history of motorsport by stepping back in time to the 1940s, 50s and 60s at the Goodwood Revival.
Racing fans should book short breaks to the Goodwood Motor Circuit between Friday, September 14th and Sunday, September 16th to revel in the world's most popular historic motorsport meeting.
This year's Goodwood Revival includes a nine-hour race to mark the 60th anniversary of the first event of its type at the course in 1952. It will feature a range of classic cars, including Aston Martin DB3 and DB3S and the Ferrari 750 Monza.
Celebrity races, one of the most popular aspects of Goodwood Revival, will return, pitting former Formula 1 World Champions, Indianapolis and Le Mans winners, as well as MotoGP stars, against each other to see who still has what it takes on the track
When there's no racing going on, there's still plenty to see at the Revival, with a fairground, historical car shows, air displays and even auctions, if you've got a bit of spare cash lying around for a classic ride.
