See the Astronomy Photographer of the Year exhibition in Greenwich

The Royal Observatory in Greenwich is one of the leading centres of astronomy in the world, and is a truly fascinating place to visit at any time of year.
However, if you happen to be staying in a London hotel from mid-September onwards then you'll have the chance to see the Astronomy Photographer of Year exhibit at the famous venue - something that is sure to leave all visitors completely awestruck.
Opening on the 18th of the month, the display will showcase the winners of four categories, with these being Earth and Space, Our Solar System, Deep Space and the Young Astronomy Photographer of the Year.
With tens of thousands of entries from both amateur and professional astronomers around the world, this is the premier astrophotography competition on the planet, so you can be sure that the winning entries are going to be pretty special and really encapsulate the magnificence of the cosmos.
