There are numerous events taking place throughout the summer months, including Respect Jamaica 50 at the indigO2, which will play host to a range of reggae, ska and dub artists, including Lee Scratch Perry and Benjamin Zephaniah, between Wednesday, July 25th and Monday, August 6th.
Bob Marley's life and music are to be celebrated at Messenger: The Bob Marley Exhibition at the British Music Experience's Mezzanine Gallery between Tuesday, July 24th and Wednesday, October 24th.
Rare photographs, diverse artefacts and exciting footage of Marley will be showcased throughout the three-month exhibition.
Reggae Changed My Life will also be held at the British Music Experience over the same period, looking into the impact the Jamaican genre has had on Britain.
