Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds to play more UK dates
Date Posted: 23/08/11
Former Oasis star Noel Gallagher has added more dates to a mini tour with his new project High Flying Birds.
Fans booking Manchester hotels can now see him in action at the city's O2 Apollo on Wednesday October 26th.
Two additional gigs in London have also been announced, with Gallagher playing at the HMV Forum on Sunday October 30th and at Roundhouse a night later.
The shows follow the previously planned dates at Edinburgh's Usher Hall and London's HMV Hammersmith Apollo on Thursday 27th and Saturday 29th October respectively.
Noel made his name alongside brother Liam in Oasis, and they produced hit after hit in the mid-90s and early 2000s.
Albums Definitely Maybe and (What's the Story) Morning Glory? are regarded as two of the finest ever made, with Noel often viewed as the main talent in the group.
Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds released The Death of You and Me earlier this week (Monday August 22nd), which is the debut single from his new ensemble.
