Madonna adds Birmingham date to 2012 world tour

Timeless pop diva Madonna has added a Birmingham date to the UK leg of her 2012 world tour.
Fans of the constantly adapting and ever controversial star can book Birmingham hotels for Thursday, July 19th to catch the star at the National Indoor Arena.
She previously announced dates at London's Hyde Park on Tuesday, July 17th and Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium on Saturday, July 21st.
Support on the London date comes from party rockers LMFAO and Martin Solveig but the acts due to accompany the material girl for other shows have yet to be announced.
Madonna's 12th album, controversially titled MDNA, was released earlier this week following the two singles Give Me All Your Luvin' and Girl Gone Wild.
The album's title is supposed to pay reference to her name, the notion of her DNA as well as the drug MDMA, which is the active ingredient in ecstasy.
Her previous trip to the UK on the Sticky and Sweet Tour was a resounding success and put her back on top of the pedestal as one of the most important performers in the pop music world.
The world tour begins in Tel Aviv, Israel on Tuesday, May 29th.
