Kooza by Cirque du Soleil hits London next year
Date Posted: 30/07/12
Circus entertainment company Cirque du Soleil returns to the capital next year with its thrilling show Kooza, which combines the art of clowning with acrobatic performances.
Fans of Cirque du Soleil should book London hotels between Saturday, January 5th and Sunday, January 27th to see Kooza at the Royal Albert Hall. It tells the story of an outsider named the Innocent who is trying to find somewhere he belongs in the world.
Alongside the Innocent, there will be a range of other entertaining characters, including the Trickster and the Obnoxious Tourist, who will provide plenty of thrills and shocks throughout the show.
Kooza, which is written and directed by actor, clown and playwright David Shiner, first premiered in Montreal, Canada in 2007. Since then it has been seen by over four million people in North America and Japan.
The London run of shows marks the first date of a Europe-wide tour.
