Date Posted: 15/10/12

Indie songstress Kate Nash is to give a one-off Halloween performance at the Hackney Picturehouse.
The gig, which will be based on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, is to take place on Wednesday, October 31st and will prove a real treat for those on city breaks in the capital at the time.
Those heading to the event can expect hits from Nash's debut album Made Of Bricks as well as its follow-up, My Best Friend Is You.
She is currently in the process of preparing an EP, which is expected to be released in the coming months with the Brit Award winner having been in Los Angeles recently writing her third album.
The gig could also see the debut of some tracks from this third album ahead of its release.
Nash recently told NME that her new album was "a real mix of angsty shouting, pop harmonies, surfy twangy sounding guitars and big bass sounds".
