British indie band James are hitting the road later this year, supported by an orchestra and choir as they play at some of the UK's best venues.
The Manchester-based group, headed by Tim Booth, will perform in front of fans booking Cardiff hotels when they appear at the Wales Millennium Centre on Sunday October 23rd.
They will then follow this up with gigs in Birmingham, Glasgow, Nottingham, Liverpool, Manchester and Gateshead, before finishing things off with a final show at London's Royal Albert Hall on Friday November 4th.
UK composer and conductor Joe Duddell will be on hand to help out, with James adapting a number of their songs from their impressive back catalogue for the tour.
Since forming in the 1980s, James have enjoyed chart success with hits like Sit Down, Laid, Come Home and She's a Star, leading to them releasing over ten albums in the past three decades.
