Edinburgh prepares for Hogmanay celebrations
Date Posted: 27/12/12
Those wishing to see the new year in with a bang still have the chance to do so with a visit to Edinburgh’s Hogmanay on Monday, January 31st.
If you’re lucky enough to have some time off around this time of year then there are fewer better places to spend it than in the Scottish capital with what organisers described as “spectacular events, incredible bands and amazing crowds from every corner of the globe”.
As well as the huge range of fireworks on offer, those on short breaks in the capital will be able to catch events such as a torch procession, The Keilidh and Concert In The Gardens, all of which will offer a new way of ringing in the new year.
All visitors need to do is book cheap hotels in Edinburgh and they can enjoy the festivities as the city does its best to “show the world how to party”.
