Comic Event to be Staged in Nottingham
Date Posted: 02/09/13
Comedy will be the order of the day at the Nottingham Royal Concert Hall next Friday.
On September 13th, Harry Hill and other comics are set to take to the stage at the venue - in what is sure to present a great way to spend an evening for people on weekend breaks in the area.
The event is called Laughing Matters, and it will feature the likes of Paul Foot and Tony Law.
Kicking off at 7.30pm, the night, which is suitable for those over 16, is for a good cause, as proceeds will help fun social enterprise Laughing Matters, which gives people in need the chance to take part in comedy workshops.
The city is also home to the Nottingham Playhouse, which is planning to stage comedy Inspector Norse on September 5th this year, and has a great programme of other events lined up besides.
