out of 5we booked specifically as we were going to see our grandson at the theatre, the hotel was easy to find, clean and very quiet,the room was fine although i would rather have indivdual toiletres in the bathroom instead of the dispensers on the wall, we had breakfast and it was very good plenty of choice, allround a good stay and i would go back there

out of 5Arrived at Metro Centre. Took 45 minutes to find a parking space so ended up parking at hotel. Spent the afternoon shopping and went back to hotel to get changed and headed across road to Frankie & Bennies for dinner which was great. Went back to hotel for a couple of drinks and watched tv.

out of 5Booked Copthorne Newcastle - central heating not working ,low floor bedroom request via stairs and only stairs fire escape , not ideal for elderly mother , changed hotel to holiday inn . Superbreak call centre excellent help .
