out of 5After checking in to the Hotel (unfortunately the Receptionist did not guide us to the Lift/Stairs or told us where our rooms were, just gave us our keys), we then had a look round the hotel and liked the look of it, and then went searching for a restaurant. We were extremely lucky with our choice, the food was fantastic and all resonably priced. We then went on to the Royal Albert Hall to see a concert. After that we found a Pub by the hotel which had a good atmosphere, we stayed there for a couple of drinks and then retired back to the Hotel Bar which was comfortable and had a relaxed feel to it, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was nicely decorated, and the bed and pillows comfortable. The water was hot for the shower, bathroom was clean with clean soft towels. Breakfast was nice, buffet style, lots of choice and constantly being refilled, tea coffee hot and fresh. Waiting staff all very attentive. Overall a fanstatic stay, recommended.
