out of 5Except for the scottish breakfast. For the second time, the "hot" breakfast food was barely luke warm out of the hooded warmers and back at the table inedible half way through. I reported our dissatifaction but no response was forthcoming before we had to checkout. A wonderful staff, room, hotel, location but the overnight stay was spoilt.
