Terms and Conditions for Reward Schemes


General


  1. Group bookings cannot be split into multiple bookings. Hence bookings for the same dates will only be counted as 1.
  2. A booking for several nights cannot be split into multiple bookings. Hence bookings for consecutive dates at the same hotel will only be counted as 1.
  3. No discounted bookings or bookings via third parties will qualify. All bookings must be made through superbreak.com, Hotelnet.co.uk directly or by calling our Reservations Centre on a Superbreak brochure line.
  4. Cancelled bookings do not qualify.
  5. Customers must be over 18 with a valid credit or debit card.

£30 Discount Voucher


  1. This offer is based upon booking date for bookings made since 01 Jan 06. When 5 qualifying bookings have been made a £30 discount voucher will be sent to the customer, valid for a booking made within 3 months from the date shown on the voucher.
  2. To use the £30 discount voucher, the booking must be for a minimum of £100 and made through our Reservations department (0871 221 4444) or on www.superbreak.com. If booking on the website, simply enter the reference number on your voucher during the booking process to obtain your discount. If booking by telephone, please call 0871 221 4444 and quote the reference number to your Reservation advisor who will then apply the discount.
  3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, travellers cheques, food, drink or any other services at any hotels.
  4. Marketing must be informed (marketing@superbreak.com) before the 5th break is booked if a customer has moved house to ensure the £30 voucher is sent to the correct address.

Free Break

  1. This offer is based upon booking date for bookings made since 01 July 05.
  2. Marketing must be informed (marketing@superbreak.com) before the 11th free break is booked if a customer has changed their name or address since 01 July 05.
  3. The value of each booking used to calculate the average for the 11th free break is the final value after any amendments have been made.
  4. The 11th break must be paid for in full before the refund cheque is sent. The refund cheque will be the average value of your previous 10 qualifying bookings.
  5. It is accepted that the "A-list" scheme will be in operation until at least Jan 09. Should the scheme be discontinued before this date customers will be given 3 months notice during which they can reach the required number of breaks to qualify. Customers will have 6 months from the date of termination to take their free break.
