Terms and Conditions

  1. Superbreak Mini Holidays prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Superbreak or Holidaybreak plc or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion or their families. Overseas residents are not eligible.
  2. The prize competition is promoted by Superbreak Mini Holidays, whose registered office are Eboracum Way, York YO31 7RE.
  3. There is one winner per fortnight, drawn at random from those participants entering the promotion. The prize consists of 2 nights accommodation at the named hotel, to be taken on a consecutive 2 night stay, subject to the hotels availability of rooms with Superbreak Mini Holidays. The prize winners will be responsible for the cost of their transportation to and from the hotel and any other costs ensuing from their stay at the hotel.
  4. The prize winner must be one of the people taking the hotel stay (the Prize).
  5. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.
  6. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
  7. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the competition.
  8. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to the terms of the privacy policy.
  9. All entries must be received by 12.00 midnight of the Thursday of that week's draw. All data received after 12 midnight will be included in the following week's draw, until the end of the promotion period.
  10. The prize winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw date which takes place each Friday following that week's competition. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period of 14 days of notification, Superbreak reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).
  11. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
  12. Only one entry per person.
  13. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
  14. Superbreak are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to this promotion; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or transactions which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Superbreak reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the promotion as determined by Superbreak at its sole discretion.
  15. The prize winner shall abide by and be subject to Superbreak's booking Terms and Conditions, and privacy policy.
  16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  17. The Hotel reserves the right to change the hotel should this one be unavailable
