The outskirts of London offer an array of visitor attractions from historic houses and picturesque parks to fashionable shops and premier golf courses. Spend time south of the Thames visiting the Queen’s House and The Royal Observatory. If that’s not enough, then head north of the Thames to the new Wembley Stadium, Aldenham Country Park and Fenton House. The sights and sounds of London city are never too far away!

out of 5We booked a theatre break as a birthday surprise for my father. He had the best time an emotional trip to the theatre to see Billy Elliot, followed by some sightseeing around the Westminster area then we went back to the lovely hotel for our evening meal. On day two we started by travelling across the river on a cable car over to the 02 what an experience we could see the London area for miles around including the Olympic stadium. When we returned home I got a message from my father saying that he could not put into words what a fantastic break he had enjoyed overwhelmed! that is just magic.......

out of 5Had a lovely weekend - the Harry Potter tour is amazing covering everything from behind the scenes filming, special effects, the very early drawings and models before putting the film together etc. Even if you are not particularly a huge HP fan it is well worth a visit.Hotel was fabulous - room had everything we needed and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in, staff friendly, food excellent. All in all a very good break and good value for money - highly recommended!

out of 5We stopped in the President Hotel on Russell Square. We have stayed in this hotel before and as always found the staff very friendly, fantastic rooms and a very good breakfast. We also went to see Les Miserables which was fantastic. Superbreak always find us very good seats. We also went on the original bus tour which is a must if you want to see sights of London. They also have excellent guides who give a full running commentary as you travel around

out of 5We visited London in order to attend a theatre performance. Stayed at Hotel Russell which was excellent in every way. Cannot understand some of the negative comments made by others. Would not hesitate to stay there again
