out of 5We booked our hotel simply to have a good night's sleep before we flew out the next day for a few days break It saves all the worry of leaving home early and the traffic chaos you might get when you have to be somewhere at a certain time.

out of 5Easy access for Gatwick. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children - we usually have difficulty in getting accomodation which will fit us all in one room (without having to book 2 rooms.). Although I phoned in advance regarding a gluten free breakfast (and was told this would be available), staff and chef did not seem particularly aware of what this meant. The chef assured us that several breakfast dishes were gluten free (inc hash browns and baked beans) - I questioned this but he was adamant. However, shortly afterwards my children and my husband all experienced varying degrees of stomach pain (all coeliacs) - not good just before the start of a holiday - my son was doubled over in pain. As coeliacs will know, this will put their health back by 6 months as they have now had gluten in their diets.

out of 5The room was looking 'tired' and there was a strange smell (I think it could have been the cleaning products used).We did have a problem in the restaurant (no table for us). However after speaking to the reception manager everything was sorted.
