out of 5Very warm, cosy hotel. Beautiful building and great location for visiting all London's shops and main attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for walking in Kensington Gardens

out of 5A trip to see Wicked which is excellent, the museums of London which are also excellent. We stayed at the Sheraton Park View Tower which is first class and is an excellent posution next door to Harvey Nicks..

out of 5My son had been nominated for an award at the park lane hilton hotel and we stayed at the millenium which was perfect from arriving to leaving. The reception staff upgraded us free of charge to a club class room and even the concierge helped us get a taxi sorted to the award ceremony. He also looked after our luggage and my sons trophy the next day after we had checked out whilst we went on the city open top bus tour. The hotel was within 2 minutes of knightsbridge tube station and there is a great bar across the road.
