Good Location for a Short Break

A customer from Haverfordwest who stayed at 4* Somerville Hotel in St Aubin - Jersey wrote this review.

We wanted to be away from the crowds and had that with staying in St. Aubins, which is still close enough to St Helier, if you want to go shopping. Great bus connections and hiring a bike is definitely the best way to travel round the island!

Hotel Cristina

A customer from Warwick who stayed at 3* Cristina Hotel in St Aubin - Jersey wrote this review.

An excellent hotel, with very clean facilities, wonderful staff, excellent food, outstanding views and good heated swimming pool. The only down side was getting up to the hotel from the seafront as it involved climbing a large number of very steep steps from the road.

First Trip to Jersey

A customer who stayed at 3* Cristina Hotel in St Aubin - Jersey wrote this review.

We have used Superbreak before to book hotels for short breaks. although quite efficient, our experience is that we are always in a room at the back or overlooking the dustbins. Very enjoyable short break on our first trip here. We went to look at scenery and beaches. Very nice hotel and an excellent restaurant within. the staff were friendly and the facilities good. Disappointed that the swimming pool did not open until 9.30am. a small amount of evening entertainment in the hotel.

Getting Around In Jersey

A customer from Hatfield who stayed at 4* Hotel La Place in St Brelade - Jersey wrote this review.

Bus routes are plentiful all over Jersey, starting and finishing at the St Helier bus depot. Bus fares are very reasonable and as long as your journey is not time conscious you will get to where you need to be eventually. Of course if car hire is within your budget, then a car will open up Jersey to you completely. Parking is paid for by obtaining hourly vouchers from many outlets, shops hotels etc and costs 0.52pence per hour. Most tourist attractions are free parking.
