Hotel was good without being excellent, staff very good , meals very good. Hotel was lovely and very clean and friendly. Parking was a nightmare as some of the streets were closed off due to the flood prevention work being undertaken - not the hotels fault. Over 4 trips in and out of Inverness by taxi, the cost was never the same twice, varying from £4.80 to £8.30. Great Break in Inverness

The Royal Highland Hotel is ideally situated being next to the railway station. It is popular with tour groups. The room was rather small but comfortable.
