Number of Rooms & Guests

Select the number of rooms you require and the number of adults and children per room, adding the ages of any children in each room where applicable.

Child Ages

• Should be their age at time of travel, not at time of booking.
• In the UK most child policies apply to children 15 and under but in other countries the child ages may vary.
• Children aged under 1 (<1) or 1 are classed as infants and, as such, will not occupy a bed.
• No charge is made for infants and they do not count towards the occupancy of the room unless specifically stated.
• Cots are available on request at many hotels. If you require a cot, please call our call centre on 0871 221 3344 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) to guarantee availability.

Child ages on Eurostar

• Children aged under 4 at time of travel are classed as infants and can travel free on Eurostar, as long as they can sit on the lap of an accompanying adult (one infant per adult traveller). If the child requires their own seat, then we recommend you count them as children in your search request.
• Children aged 4-11 inclusive at time of travel are charged a lower child rate for Eurostar travel which will be detailed once you have selected rooms at your chosen hotel.
• Children aged 12+ at time of travel are charged full adult rate and the cost for Eurostar travel which will be detailed once you have selected rooms at your chosen hotel.
