How do I book an attraction break?

To make an attraction break on the website, go to the attraction breaks page. From this page, if you know where you want to go you can either select the theatre show using the search form or on-page promotions. Alternatively, if you don’t know where you want to go, but have a Read more  Read more information specific location in mind, you can use the map to select a location and see what attractions are available. From the attraction details page, choose the date you want to visit the attraction and on the next page enter your hotel search criteria and search for attraction + hotel packages.

What confirmation will I receive after making my attraction booking?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your booking is complete. Back up documentation including your invoice and attraction tickets will be forwarded by post. Attraction tickets will be despatched from our office unless stated otherwise.

What’s included in the price of an attraction break?

All prices on the hotel search results page include your accommodation and attraction tickets. A complete price breakdown will be shown when you have selected your room type and moved on to the next page, before you complete your booking. All prices include service and VAT. We don’t charge any credit card or booking fees so the price you see on the Review Read more  Read more information & Add page is your final price.

Can I buy attraction tickets on their own?

Superbreak.com specialise in short break packages and as such, we only sell attraction tickets with hotel accommodation to provide a combined short break experience.

When will I get my attraction tickets?

For bookings outside of 5 working days before departure attraction tickets will be posted with your confirmation invoice unless otherwise stated. For bookings inside this period or bookings from overseas, we will contact you by telephone or email to advise alternative ticketing arrangements. My attraction tickets haven’t arrived, what do I do?

If you haven't received your attraction ticket the week before you travel please contact our customer services team on 01904 717 362 (calls charged at standard rates) quoting your reference number.

What if I need to change my attraction break reservation?

You must contact Superbreak to amend or cancel your reservation, not the attraction or hotel directly. An administration or cancellation charge will apply. Email us at customerservice@superbreak.com or telephone 01904 717 362 (calls charged at standard rates), quoting your reference. Cancellations or Read more  Read more information amendments within 48 hours of arrival can only be accepted by telephone. What age is classed as a child?

This varies between attractions. Specific attraction child ages can be found with the search form on the attraction details page. Please note that at some themeparks, height restrictions may apply to specific rides.

Can I book attraction breaks at short notice?

Attraction breaks can only be booked up to 5 days before the stay date to ensure that the attraction tickets can be posted to you in time. In some cases, tickets can be left at the attraction for collection and are therefore bookable through our call centre up to and including the day of travel. I can’t find any availability for the date I want to go to the attraction, what can I do?

The attraction may be closed or we may have sold out of allocation for this day. Try picking another day or alternatively you can call our reservation team on 01904 717 362 (calls charged at standard rates) who will do their best to meet your requirements.
