I stayed here for 2 nights while attending a convention next door. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. The lobby was very nice with a bar, restaurants, and a starbucks. Check in was quick and easy. The room (1 king bed), was large enough for just 1 person, and the bathroom was a nice size. Had a tub and shower, plus plenty of towels (which weren't teeny tiny). I had a nice view of the Lawn on D, which was pretty at night with the swing lit up. The hotel is also connected to the convention center so I didn't have to walk outside in the heat if I did not want to. The staff was also great. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and accommodating. Cons: It's expensive. For 2 nights, I spent over $500, and that's not including parking, which I will get to. As a SPG member, I was suppose to have free wifi access. However, when I got to my room I discovered that I did not. So I had to go back downstairs to have them fix it, which only took a second. The walls are also a little thin, but not too bad. Had some people yelling and running down the hall late at night and could hear them clearly. And every once in a while could hear one of my neighbors. But my biggest issue was parking. First, it's pricey; $36 for self park and $46 for valet. I got there the first day of the convention (which didn't start until 4pm) at 2:30 and arrived to a sign saying the parking garage was full and to bring my car to valet. Did so, and while handing over my keys I asked which price I would be paying, and was told I would be paying the valet price. Yes, it's only $10 more, however that adds up. I tried moving my car several times - at both late and early hours when one would think most people who are attending the convention but not staying at the hotel would be gone. No luck. It was always full. The only thing that saved me from paying almost $150 in parking was that I left before 6pm on my third day, so they did not charge me for that day. I only had to pay $92 (sarcasm here). I personally feel like as a hotel guest, I shouldn't be forced to valet my car. This is unfair to any guest who cannot get there early in the day (such as those flying in from out of state). And it's really not fair to the people not attending the conference but there for another reason. I think that there should be so many self park spaces set aside for hotel guests, and when a certain amount of non-hotel guests show up they should have to be forced to valet while hotel guests can still self park. Last year I attended the same conference but stayed at a different hotel, and when they hit a certain point, they were having people park in the valet spaces at the self park price so they could accommodate everyone. I might go back to that hotel next year even though it is a couple blocks away. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. But if you plan on bringing a car, check to see if a conference is going on. If so, try to get there a day before, or super early the day of to guarantee the cheaper parking. Collapse

Stayed 2 nights at the Westin Boston Waterfront. Positives: Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. The room service was very good. Lobby is very spacious with bars, Starbucks, restaurant, gift shop... Parking was simple ($36 per 24 hours), as was check-in and check-out. Breakfast was nice. I had blueberry waffles and my husband got the buffet for $25 Negatives: At almost $600 for 2 nights (excluding parking) it was very expensive for what you got, especially as they have the cheek to charge you for wifi in your room!! That said, all the other hotels in Boston were very expensive. Some are better located though. It was a good 15 min walk to get to the main downtown area. Because of the location I wouldn't stay here again, I'd choose somewhere more central Collapse

Kenny at sauciety is unreal, along with all of the staff. Special note for the great hostess, who had great energy too. The whole place is so positive if that makes any sense? They go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. The Cesar salad I had was unbelievable and the chicken was perfectly grilled. Our mimosas were fantastic and my boyfriends salad was amazing too! Worth every penny, quiet, excellent food, and again I can't stress how attentive and professional the staff is at sauciety, and throughout the entire hotel. Will absolutely be coming back. Collapse

Located next to Boston's Convention Center, this hotel is a very busy business hotel. Having just stayed here for two nights for an on-site conference, I would highly recommend this location for its upscale accommodations, outstanding and attentive staff and overall facilities, including a really nice pool and work-out room. From the moment I arrived at the hotel's front door, staff were on hand to do everything possible to eliminate the stress of unloading my vehicle and smoothing my check-in. Moreover, I needed a gluten free meal and the concierge immediately located the chef at Sauciety (one of the hotel's dining options) to assist me. Parking onsite is convenient, albeit pricey ($36/nt), with in and out privileges, beds are super comfortable and bathrooms have rainhead shower fixtures. Rooms also have safes which can fit a regular size laptop. Collapse
