The hotel is in a quiet area on the outskirts of St Helier with plenty of parking spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were dealt with quickly and efficiently at check in. Our room was clean and bright, bed comfortable and shower worked fine. The grounds are extensive and very well kept with the added advantage of swimming pool and hot tubs and plenty of seating. Food was good and well presented with an efficient service. In fact nothing was too much trouble. Lovely bar setting and great function room. A great base for staying in Jersey and we really enjoyed our stay with extended family, thank you for a great weekend and one day we'll be back :) Collapse

We stayed at this hotel for the easter weekend and what fab weekend it was. The room was lovely, the staff were so friendly and helpful, even running us to the war tunnels for a day out in the hotel mini bus and picking us up later on! The whole hotel and grounds are immaculately kept and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely with something for everyone. The sausages were especially delicious! (I'm a bit fussy about them!) If you are visiting the beautiful island of Jersey I would highly recommend a stay here...uou won't regret it! We will be back! Thank you so much for a fabulous weekend! We got delayed due to bad weather so the airline put us up here for a night. What we really enjoyed: Very well organised, they took care of our bags and the room checkin so we could have dinner before last service in the restaurant. The restaurant has a great charm and the food and service were very good. At the rear of the property is an open air swimming pool and extensive grounds. Within the grounds was a mini "zoo" and lots of wild birds and squirrels. Plenty of areas to sunbathe on the grass. A garden bar which also had ice creams. Our room was well appointed and fresh, not tired with chipped paint etc like many hotels. Great wine list with loads of choice at reasonable prices for a hotel of this class. What was good: The hotel has a spacious feel to it. Lots of areas for walking around the hotel. Staff were really helpful. Good for the price (had we paid for it). Could be a problem for some: A taxi ride into St Helier if you wanted to go out for a drink/meal etc Nowhere else to go in the neighbourhood. In short, we've stayed in hundreds of hotel worldwide and this was memorable for all the right reasons. Collapse
