Stayed May 2017 with my husband and daughter & I have mixed feelings if I liked the place are not, leaning more towards no. We wouldn't stay here again but just want to be clear it was not a horrible stay. The pictures were super elaborated & sold a luxurious lifestyle, but showing up and seeing crowd at Drafts first night I knew wasn't the case. I didn't feel that luxury feel what so ever in room itself either (1 bedroom unit with Kitchen) , and I think our room hadn't been stayed in a while. It was super dusty when we arrived. The restaurant, store, arcade area was cool but it's older. The best thing is that it was centrally located and not far from Disneyland literally like 4 minutes away, and we also did Gatorland & Universal parks which were a tad further out but still great location. Customer service is great too. Call me weird but one of the things that bugged me the most was the jacuzzi bath tub in the room. The faucet is on one side & the water that comes out is on another so as I'm getting a bath ready for my daughter I would start water & have to walk over to other side to check temp and keep doing that until temperature just right. (More of a pet peeve - ha) Lastly, lots of bugs & creatures close by. Had 2 small cockroaches, 1 huge grasshopper, and 1 frog all within our doorstep throughout week. Stayed here because got a deal through another timeshare company but wouldn't stay again if we came back to Orlando. Collapse

The room I book was supposed to be 500 Sq Ft with a king bed and queen sleeper. I got a two bedroom suite/apartment with a kitchen. The decor is very dated. The day I booked they charged for 1 night. When I arrived I was charged for the rest of the nights, or maybe was when the cancellation time had past. If you are going to see Disney and Universal and all the other things with your family of 4, this is an economical alternative. The services were too far from my room and not really business friendly. Collapse

This is a very large complex. The grounds are very nice. Multiple pools on property. Different size units from studio up to 3 bedroom. We stayed in a studio. It came with small fridge and microwave along with jetted tub. Kitchenette has silverware and plates. Balcony was overlooking lake. Restaurant on property along with coffee shop. Spa as well. Now this is a timeshare property but you don't have to do the talk. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Lots of activities on property as well as free shuttle's to area parks. Collapse

We were enjoying our vacation at Universal when we were approached about a free breakfast, 3 nights for $99 at a resort, and most importantly, discounted "VIP" tickets to the Blue Man Group. Sounded amazing. We were told a 90 minute tour of their resort with no obligation would be all we would have to do. This "90 minute Tour" turned into a 5+ hour nightmare of high pressure sales to buy a timeshare. We were not alone in this ordeal, there was a large group of people herded in a big room like cattle. We're pretty trusting people, so we believed all the lies we were told by the salesman, I mean Tour guide. Our tour guide rushed us through a room to look at and then began a very daunting sales pitch. He would leave and come back, bring a new offer when we said no. Make us wait some more and then bring in other salesman and/or managers to get us to buy. We informed them we don't make purchases like this on an impulse and that we would need to leave and think about it. These guys would make promises that sounded so good and tempting, but we said no. Then the manager brings us an "Amazing" deal of a recent upgrade. Almost had us, until we said let us sleep on it and we'll contact him in the morning. We were then told something along the lines of "I don't know of any intelligent person that could pass this up." At that point, he caused me to shut him out and we were going to just leave without our discounted tickets. But we stayed a little longer and I believe it was around 5.5 hours when we finally got to get up and get our tickets. After reading all of the consumer affair reports I am glad we did not purchase and it seems many of the things we were promised were lies as well. On a final note, those "VIP" tickets we re in the back, nowhere near T1 where they said. We still enjoyed the show. Collapse
