My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! This was our first time visiting Naples and we were thrilled with our choice. We were able to walk to the beach and pier, and also spent time at the really fun bars in Tin City. The hotel is incredibly quiet and well kept. The staff was very helpful. The pool area is small but is well landscaped and tranquil. I went down there specifically to take a nap and it worked out perfectly. My husband and I are in our 40’s and were on the young side both at this hotel and in Naples – but we found it incredibly relaxing. I would also recommend Mino Italian Restaurant which is about a 5 minute (or less) walk from the hotel. The food and service was outstanding – and not quite as formal as most in Naples. I would also recommend a day trip to Tigertail Beach on Marco Island. It is the most beautiful beach that I have visited in the U.S. thusfar. Collapse
Great Old Naples

Superb location, two blocks from beginning of 5th Ave. where all the shops and restaurants are. Walked to beach and 3rd St. Great quite staff that did not get in the way. Loved it and would definitely go back.

The Trianon is a great place to enjoy a few days Naples. Situated between old Tin City and the top of fashionable 5th Avenue, there ‘s lots to do within a short walk. However, if it’s trendy 3rd Street or the Beach you want to see, it’s a longer walk (about 20m mins) or you may prefer to drive. The lobby is large and welcoming. All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and professional. This is an older hotel, but very well maintained. As such the rooms are larger than in modern hotel, as is the bathroom. The shower stall was huge. Our room featured a very comfortable king size bed, armchair with side table, writing desk & chair and lots of room for open suitcases. Our room also had a mini-fridge for juice, beer, wine etc. as well as a Keurig coffee maker. The only down side was the small flat screen TV, which was definitely an old model. Given flat screen TV prices these days, this would be an easy and inexpensive upgrade for the hotel. There is not much of a view from the rooms as this is a downtown hotel, some rooms have a pool view, but we were quite happy with our city view room. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel, which would be pointless anyway, as there are literally dozens of café’s, bistros and restaurants within a few minutes walk. However there is a staffed breakfast bar where patron can purchase coffee, juice and a variety of continental breakfast items including, cereal, yoghurt, muffins and bagels. You can take these items up to your room or enjoy them in the nicely furnished breakfast lounge with large screen TV. The small pool area is very nice and private. There is only room for 12 loungers, so depending on how busy the hotel is, you may have trouble finding a lounger, as we did the first day, as the hotel was fully booked, but had no problem on subsequent days. You can always find sun or shade, which is good as it was in the high 80’s when we were there. The hotel was fully booked on the day we checked in, yet the parking lot was only half full. There is so much parking that I feel they could have sacrificed some of the parking to expand the pool size and pool patio area. This is not the cheapest hotel in Naples, but given its comfort, luxury and close proximity to downtown, it’s worth it. Some close restaurant recommendations from our trip. Kelly’s Fish House, just across the bridge at Tin City, this a step back in time to old Naples. Great seafood at reasonable prices and a view of the river. Mino authentic Italian food and great pizzas, just behind the Trianon hotel, but make a reservation, it’s always busy. Captain and Krewe, one block north from the Trianon, this is a seafood store with a casual café that is only open for lunch, but the freshest and juiciest Grouper and Tripe Tail sandwiches you’ve veer had. Great local craft beers too. Tulia on 5th Avenue, great Italian for lunch or dinner. Collapse

We spent a week here enjoying Naples. We like to walk to most things and it's a nice quiet hotel for mostly adults. Nice private pool too. A late glass of wine at the bar is fun. Also easy parking and access.

Trianon is a very traditionally furnished hotel. Ease of car parking in the grounds there. The room was fairly spacious and comfortably furnished. It is in a quiet area yet within easy walking distance to all the fabulous restaurants, boutiques and art shops. Tin city is within walking distance too as is the Visitors Information Office. In there they have quite a few interesting artefacts and history of the area. If you are thinking of staying in Naples Florida, we would certainly recommend this hotel. Collapse
