The hotel was beautiful, but it was totally dimmed by rude hotel employees. From the time I entered, the gentleman was demeaning and made me feel extremely unwelcome. Not sure if it was because I purchased the room through Priceline or what, but he was extremely rude. Therefore ruined all four days at the hotel. Collapse

Stayed at the Trianon Hotel for 5 nights in July and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot in Old Naples, close to the top of 5th Ave. We were celebrating a major birthday and keeping an eye on our condo renovation at the same time. When we checked in, I asked Peter (Manager) to locate us away from the elevator and mentioned our celebration, but he did nothing to accommodate our wishes. We received a room across from the elevator and he said he could do nothing about it. Poor customer service as far as we were concerned. Otherwise, the hotel was a good choice. It wants to be a 4 star, but seems more like a 3 star in many ways. Some updating is needed and our housekeeping wasn't great ( beds poorly made with sloppy sheets barely tucked in, vacuuming adequate at best). The pool was small but adequate and clean, with many chairs and umbrellas. Snacks, beer & wine and individual breakfast items (bagel, juice, etc) were available in the lobby for purchase. No complimentary breakfast. Wifi was free and worked well. The hotel is approximately a 20 min walk to the beach and the hotel will sign out towels to take. We had a King room which was large and had a fridge, Keurig coffee machine, large Tv and a large bathroom with large separate shower and separate jetted tub. The mattress was a Tempur-Pedic and was very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but with a little more customer service from the manager (Peter), it could have been a special stay! Collapse

My fiancé and I stayed here on our way to Miami and what a lovely place it was. Although we only stayed one night and did not use all the facilities such as the heated pool or bar it was still a pleasure to stay. Check in was quick and easy, receptionists were great. The lobby is most impressive with a huge fireplace and beautiful chandelier! Our room was superbly appointed and had a nice balcony for sitting out if desired. Very clean and products in the bathroom were of high quality. The hotel is situated one to two blocks from 5th street that has many fantastic restaurants, its about a fifteen minute walk to the beach where you will definitely catch some stunning sunsets. All in all a great hotel at a brilliant price (roughly $100 for the night) in my opinion. A definite recommend. Collapse

We were looking for a great intimate hotel for a romantic getaway long weekend and found Trianon Old Naples Hotel online, actually. We stayed there from July 13-16th, and with three nights booked we got an awesome rate (off season in summer). From check in to departing, we had no complaints at all. Hotel - we requested a room with a balcony (sliding glass doors to balcony, two patio chairs and small table for coffee/vino), and that cost a tad more than a standard room. Our room was 3rd floor and the view from our balcony was into a large tree, but this hotel is in a residential neighborhood, so you will get a street view or condos, etc. It is walking distance to the fab shops and restaurants on 5th Ave., as well as Tin City. Easy drive to the beach. Location is in Historic Naples just south of So. 5th Ave, and just west of 41 (great location). There is a small but intimate (heated) pool, private from the parking lot or street with privacy hedge. Pool towels avail. at front desk for free. The hotel is only about 4 stories, one elevator, with all entrance and exits through the cozy main lobby, no outside stairwells. The staff was courteous and helpful. Parking is free, Wi-Fi is free with a password provided at registration with the key. There is no restaurant. They have a small café area with coffee, juices, wine bar, and things to purchase as needed to snack (breakfast is not included in the room rate), however there is a small refrigerator in the room (handy for snacks, fruit, wine, juices, etc.) and a one cup Keurig coffee maker in the room with a selection of the Keurig cups. (No microwave). Each floor has a 'vending room' which contains the ice machine. Room - Fabulous and impeccable. We wanted a king size bed and the mattress is very comfortable - Tempur-pedic! The linens were wonderful white cotton sheets with a quilted cotton duvet in the middle of the top sheets... not too hot even for summer nights. The bed was so comfortable, and we had no complaints with the bed, but I rated the "Sleeping Quality" below 4 stars instead of 5 because the air conditioner keeps cycling on and off and you can't keep the fan running the entire time. The noise of it turning off and on sometimes interrupted sleep quality. I already mentioned the balcony above. Lovely place to extend the experience. The room has a table at the entry with the ice bucket, coffee maker, glasses (real glass-not plastic cups). Large closet has ironing board, iron, room safe. The dresser (granite top - helpful for adding our own snacks on top without fear of damaging a wood top, etc.) and had very ample sized drawers. There is a desk in the room with two chairs on each side and they thought to add a charging station on top of the desk for all electronics. Again, Wi-Fi is free. Additionally in the room, there is a comfortable upholstered lounge chair with matching ottoman plus another reading lamp. Bathroom - very nice size - ample! We loved the large vanity - plenty of room to hold both of our 'stuff'. (I appreciated the fact that the counter in the bathrooms also have soft under-counter lighting which serves as a night light, versus leaving on a glaring light over night to find the bathroom.) Another great feature is that there is a full size tub separate from the walk in shower (large). Another thoughtful feature is the controls to regulate the hot water temperature before stepping in is on the wall opposite the shower head. Small thing, but a big thing! Towels were good quality. Bath towels - plenty, bath mats, hand towels, wash cloths, etc. The rooms are kept clean and impeccable. We loved it there and after having been there, never want to go to another hotel when visiting that part of the city. Collapse

Stayed here for a night this week while visiting friends. Convenient walk to 5th Ave. shops and restaurants but away from the noise. Room was spacious and clean as a whistle. Bathroom had both a shower and a separate tub. Service was impeccable.
