Breakfast is €7 each, all you eat buffet , evening meal €12 each again buffet . Well worth it. Lovely staff, lovely clean hotel, only criticism is towels haven't been changed in the 4 days we were here. Also bit of a shocker was the €30 pp damage deposit taken... nothing was mentioned on any of the booking sites. Collapse

Clean and comfortable apartments make this hotel a great base for a break in Benidorm. Pool is lovely and relaxing and there were plenty of sun loungers during our stay. Shop is well stocked and reasonably priced. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. As the location is up a relatively steep hill taxis were required for our party and we found them to be readily available. 30€ deposit returned on departure. Would happily use the hotel again. I went with family having picked it up as someone else was indisposed, rather apprehensively as some reviews were quite scathing. The reality was very different with courteous and helpful staff a great location and well equipped and spotless room. The central areas were well laid out and the pools clean but a tads cool in October. Food from the bar was good value and freshly cooked but the 12 euro buffet and 7 euro breakfast was a bit average, OK if you wanted a good fill up but typical euro buffet. !0-15 minutes walk (or local bus) and you were in the centre of the town but its residential location made for a peaceful nights sleep. Very much a good family location. Collapse

Just home from 10 Days here spent with my Wife and 14year old Son on the October Holidays, and overall we enjoyed the stay. If you have read the reviews before I will summarize them with our own experience. Yes - it’s at the top of a HILL, but only the first part from Benidorm is what I would rate as steep (the first 150m) then it is more of a upwards slope. We walked up it on several occasions, (even with shopping from the supermarket at the foot of the hill), and it was a good way to burn off the extra Cerveza calories and our fitness levels could be described as average at best. Also we normally walked down into town early and spent the day at the beaches, shops, restaurants or other attractions and just got a Taxi back for anything between 6 and 10 euro, (dependant on the area you picked them up in Benidorm). Yes - they will ask for a 30 Euro, per adult, deposit on the Room on arrival, we read the reviews and had it ready. It was ALL duly returned with 6 euro of the 24 euro safe key charge as well AND the nice lady on the desk changed a lot of our spare euro change for notes to make it easier to change it back to our own currency at home. Yes - you will have to pay 1 Euro per sun lounger padding mat rental. We did it once and it was no hassle as we spent more time out of the hotel than in and not that much time around the excellent large pool. (And as has been said before there was no need to get up at the crack of dawn to stake a claim to loungers as there never seemed to be a shortage). Yes - Our Beds were quite firm, however the sofa beds in the sitting room area are not too bad. We chanced it, and although I slept ok, my wife did not, it was simply solved, I took the spare foam Mattress off the one couch in the sitting room my son was not sleeping on and put it on the wife’s bed she was fine from then on. No - the entertainment was not world class we caught only a couple of the shows as they were on about 22:00, and after early starts and long days in Benidorm we did not feel like trying to catch them all. However the 2 we did see were fine and passed an hour. (If you want world class try the Benidorm Palace). The under 12 seemed to be well catered for before the entertainment though! We were self-catering so apart from 1 Pizza we did not eat the hotel food, but my son enjoyed the Pizza we did have and at 6.5 euros it was not expensive. The Hotel was basic but clean, and the apartments although a little tired were spacious and had all the needed facilities for a self-catering holiday. You won't experience breath-taking sea views (at least we did not as we had a Balcony overlooking the old folk’s home next door). But they were large and spacious like the apartments themselves with a separate door onto them from the bedroom. The bathroom was adequate, however the pressure in the shower was exceptionally good and with plenty of hot water and clean towels it was one of the real gems. The onsite shop was very reasonably priced and stocked a good selection of UK brands, (Typhoo, Nescafe and proper bacon etc. etc.) The Bar was really good value with 2 pints of beer about 4.40 and at happy hour half that. The staff has been reviewed before here as unfriendly, but I would not say this was the case; they all seemed just busy and trying to keep up. I guess some of the customer service polish was removed due to this, but when our transfer bus to the airport turned up and the driver refused to take us on it,(that is a very different review and nothing to do with this hotel), the lady on reception was very helpful and contacted the transfer company and sorted us a Taxi to the airport to make out flight. Full customer service marks there!! All in all if we decide to go back to Benidorm again I would stay here again no problem, also at this time, (Start of Nov 2017) you can get an apartment for £44 per night how can this not be your first choice? The rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly, the pool was quite big and enough beds for everyone, the location was peaceful, very much enjoyed the whole experience. The only downside was the pool was freezing
