How this place dare call itself a "Hotel" is beyond me!... Me & the mrs have been on 6 foreign holidays together in countries such as Greece, Spain, Bulgaria & Tunisia, but this place is by far the worst that we have stayed in! We stayed in Room 209 on the 2nd floor and it was terrible from the off. Our view from our balcony was a car that had it's back window smashed in. They was no draws or anything to put your clothes in except for a small cupboard that had just the 4 coat hangers in. No chairs or anything, just 2 beds (mine had a BBQ sauce like stains on the bottom of the sheets) a mirror and that's your lot. The worst was the bathroom & the actual bath itself which was so filthy with yellow grime all inside it, that we had to put a towel down INSIDE the bath to have a shower!... I said it was like something out of the Saw film. Another couple who came with us had an even worse room. Their toilet wouldn't flush properly and only had hot water out of both taps, no cold. Also their back balcony door would not lock as the handle was hanging off. If you want to sleep more than 3 hours a night then do not choose this Hotel! We had groups of young lads and lasses both sides of our room who partied on all night, shouting & messing on in the corridors like idiotic kids. My wife had to buy some earplugs to try and block all the sound out as we could not sleep. We are only in our early 30's and were mainly staying out until around 1 - 2am but this went on every night until 6am! The walls are only paper thin so you can hear everything! We came into the hotel one night after a few drinks about 1am laughing and giggling, when the bloke at reception had the cheek to tell us to "be quiet of leave!" yet we had to put up with drunken louts every night who were behaving like wild, brain-dead animals all around us, screaming the place down with no reprimand at all. Ridiculous. The pool is pretty small and basic and is right near the main road so you hear a lot of noisey traffic. The only thing this place has going for it is it's location. It is only around 150m walk from the main beach & the same distance from the main Magaluf strip. You also have Eastenders bar & The the Prince William pub right next door which are both nice places. But all in all it is an absolute dump!... Avoid at all costs. 1 / 10 George & Cheryl Hodgson Collapse

Firstly the only good thing about this hotel is Danny one of the 17 men that appear to work on reception. We got dumped off our coach round the corner and told by someone at the bar opposite the hotel to wipe our feet on the way out rather than in. Obviously thinking hahaha very funny. Didn't realise they were actually being serious. €30 pp deposit for breakages. The only thing you can break in that place is a leg getting out the shower so can't understand it. But was very easy to get it back. The rooms are basic to say the very least. 2 beds a dressing table and a wardrobe pretty much sum it up. I get the whole your not going to magaluf to stay in the room all day. But you are at some point going to want to shut your eyes for longer than 10 minutes. And at this hotel it's virtually impossible. This is due to NO aircon at all. It was like sleeping in an oven. We were lucky enough to be on the 3rd floor so could sleep with the balcony door open and not fear waking up to some random in the room. We hired a small little fan from reception for €5 a night and €10 deposit. The maids didn't come and clean our room or change our bedding once in the 4 days we were there despite us asking. The bathroom was hell on earth. The shower head hasn't been cleaned since 1928. The bath had stains all around so we showered in flip flops. The flush was the biggest joke known to man. Having to keep it pulled out for 5 minutes just to flush a bit of toilet roll is ridiculous. We didn't use the pool. We went to the beach every day which is 2 minutes around the corner and it's lovely. The Godfather bar on the beach front is lovely too. Amazing daiquri's and the food is soo good. I wouldn't ever ever ever go back to this hotel. You get what you pay for and that's fair enough. But you wouldn't mind so much if the rooms were atleast clean and cleaned once or twice while your there. Good location, minutes to the strip. A few bars around for food and drinks and stuff. Which you'll need in the morning unless you like drinking warm water or warm fanta. But yeah I'd avoid this hotel. Pay the little bit extra and stay somewhere a litttttttle bit more decent. Collapse

Avoid this hotel at all costs, it's an absolute disgrace. The pictures that appear on jet2s website are extremely misleading and states that it's 2 star plus when on arrival we realised it was only 1 star. The room was covered in dirt, there was a massive poo in the toilet and the bath is literally mouldy, it's that bad I actually considered showering with socks on so my feet didn't have to touch the dirt. The shower doesn't work properly and you're lucky if you get 1 drop of hot water. The beds are awful and they have bed bugs, I was bitten over 20 times!! It doesn't have air-con and the heat is horrendous you can't sleep in it or get ready properly in it, it's that bad I resorted to pulling my mattress on the balcony and sleeping on there just so I could breathe, they also have the cheek to charge you for a fan! The cleaner is extremely dodgy, she stole 150 euros from myself and 150 from my friend and the staff literally could not care less about this! The pool area is also rank, the sunbeds are black with dirt and I didn't even step foot in the pool because I'd probably have gotten cholera. Just stay anywhere but in this absolute hell hole, it is lifting. Collapse
