Great week here at the start of December, quiet , friendly hotel . Loads of bars etc nearby if you want a livelier night out . The hotel and the resort are very clean . Nice apartment and terrace . All the staff are very friendly and are a credit to the hotel . This was a real bargain price wise and I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Also the guests were very nice , a mix of uk and German , but all very friendly and joined in the poolside games ( darts , slogen etc) I wouldn’t hesitate in returning to this hotel , great base for a really enjoyable week Collapse
The worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

We arrived here mid December for one week all inclusive holiday - what a mistake. It was not the fault of the hotel that it was raining when we arrived but they really need to sort out the numerous leaks/flooding in the reception, bar and dining room. The first room we were given had the most horrendous odour - stale, dank-damp smell, the paint was bubbling off the lower walls. The overall appearance was so dated that you really did not want to be in the room with the light on, or off for that matter. The bed was unbearably hard so we asked at reception for a mattress topper which they didn't have. The next morning they agreed to move us to a first floor room with a softer bed and smelling slightly less damp. We had no sink plug, no bath plug, bathroom extractor fan not working, no TV channels unless you want to pay, no change of bed linen or towels, beds not made despite other people saying they had daily housekeeping service and clean towels, bedding etc. (These beds were not much better by the way) The animation (entertainer) was one person who annoyingly screamed, hollered and whooped non-stop. Evening entertainment by the same person alternated between Bingo Bongo or Karaoke. The pool itself was shabby and not at all inviting but the pool bar area was in a sunny spot and the gardens were fine. The staff were very friendly and smiling. The food was not very good and if you wanted a hot plate you had to put it in the micro-wave. The chef seamed to struggle to produce good fried eggs and used ring moulds in order to make them, which meant you ended up with the uncooked stuff on top. If you wanted baked beans with the egg you had to develop a technique of scooping beans out of a tank of liquid without flooding your plate with an excess of juice. If, perhaps, a ladle with holes in was supplied then the problem would be solved. On our 3rd day my wife had meat-balls and pasta. Big mistake. As she eat the first one she had to spit some out because it had a really weird taste. This was the beginning of the end of our holiday as shortly after she developed food poisoning (you know the symptoms!!). She spent days in bed being ill, causing us to book an early plane home as she was quite weak after the symptoms tailed off. This cost us extra money and the loss of three days of our hired car rental. I must point out that we are NOT serial complainers. Our comments are fair and accurate and not exaggerated. Collapse

Stayed here for a week at the end of November/beginning of December, the complex is lovely and tidy, very well maintained and cared for. The apartment was spacious and clean enough for us. I was surprised there was a fridge as it is an All Inclusive establishment so this was a nice addition. The beds were comfy, I suffer with a bad back and I found that I was able to sleep quite well throughout the week. It was noisy but we were near the kitchen so that was to be expected, it wasn’t that bad that it stopped us from sleeping. The apartment was tidied daily, and the towels were changed every other day. We didn’t stay in the complex for the evenings so can’t comment on the entertainment. The food was plentiful, there was more than enough choice for every mealtime and it was replenished throughout. The kitchen staff have to be praised for their exceptional service, they were rushed off their feet but they always managed to smile and make you feel welcome. The pool area was clean, and there were always enough beds for us to enjoy the sunshine. The bar area was tidy, although we barely used it other than for the occasional drink. The resort itself is central to the town with many shops and restaurants if you needed them. Collapse

We stayed here from 2nd to 9th December on an all inclusive basis we were a family of 4 2 seniors with daughter ,husband and a baby. The hotel itself has no frills is very basic but clean, checking in was quick we were in room 118 behind the pool bar on the ground floor which was ideal for us as I have mobility problems, rooms again were basic but clean and adequate, shower was over the bath, soap was supplied but you need to take your own shampoo and shower . Any problems were resolved quickly if you need a fridge ask for one.Staff were excellent and friendly Concetta is the one and only animation person but tries very hard and is always smiling. A ramp is needed from the road to the pavement outside the hotel I had problems getting into the hotel with my mobility scooter because of this. But round the hotel was fine. The buffet food was good apart from they kept runnning out of plates but there was plenty of choice we never struggled to find anything to eat. The pool area was good with one heated pool another pool and a kids pool. The pool bar service was excellent. The gardens were well kept . We would definitely return to this hotel again for a winter sun break but could not cope in summer without A/C of course the cost of the holiday reflects that, you are not paying for 4 or 5 star prices.
