Great, comfortable hotel with apartments. I used an apartment room that had a separate lounge/kitchen area onto a sea facing balcony. Very clean and quiet. The hotel is right at the end of the seafront at Sitges which is about a 20 minute walk from the centre, but serviced by a seafront road train. Breakfast is fine and relaxed. Is it me or is restaurant service in Spain just too laid back? The in hotel restaurants are no exception! Overall very acceptable. Collapse

We stayed at this hotel mid September. We had a great room with balcony overlooking the sea. We were very happy with most aspects of this hotel. The location at the end of the promenade was not a problem for us as we like walking and we borrowed bikes from the hotel a couple of times to get into town We were on a half board tariff which we were looking forward to as we like to come down from our room in the evening, have an aperitif and enjoy our meal. Here lies the problem. Those of us who were on half board (about 10 altogether) were all disappointed with the three course set menu presented every night. We’re not fussy eaters by any stretch of the imagination, but the dishes on offer were very strange and unappetising. We sent a lot of it back. We all complained, on a regular basis and were offered one complimentary upgrade to another of their restaurants, but this didn’t live up to expectations either. The second menu we were offered was mediocre too. E.g. Pizza or chicken and potato. The service wasn’t good. We had to ask for bread, small plates and butter. Most nights, there was Spanish football on the big TV screen whilst we were eating. My advice to anyone considering half board is to forget it and just enjoy the breakfast and a brisk walk into town every night where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants serving delicious European food. I’m sorry to write this negative comment, as we really liked the hotel, had an enjoyable holiday and didn’t let this disappointment spoil our time in Sitges. Collapse

I last reviewed this hotel in 2015. I have stayed here six times in total over around a 10 year period. Overall the hotel remains unchanged. The pool update is a welcome addition to services. Breakfast seemed a more modest affair than in 2015. My reason for this review is our astonishment that a member of staff clearly stole from our room. We have a toddler and this is the first time we have stayed at the hotel with him. On our arrival on 23/9/17 we requested a high chair for the room. This failed to arrive after three to four hours and we made do for his eveing meal. We had mostly unpacked and placed all of our valuables in the safe. We ventured out around 18:00 and asked reception staff once more for the high chair. On our return around 21:00 the chair was in situ. My partner asked me what I had done with his Iwatch charger. He was certain that he had left this with a number of other device chargers on the bed. We concluded that either he had been mistaken about having it with him or it had been taken. As neither of us were 100 % certain we had packed it we did not raise the matter with staff. On our return home it is clear that we should have raised the issue as it was clearly stolen from the room where my partner states he last saw it. All we can say is what a poor show to have a dishonest staff member. We have been loyal repeat customers at this hotel and are now not so sure we will rebook in future. Beware of the safety of your belongings. Collapse

Fantastic accommodation, half hour walk along the prom to the centre which suited us. They also provided free bikes. There was a tourist train running until about 11 - 11.30 for a fee or simply 8 ish euro taxi journey.
