Had a weeks holiday here 1st week in October on arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and as our rooms weren't quite ready we were asked if we wanted to go and get some lunch , this was fine but on reaching the dining area we realised the area was a lot smaller than expected with unfortunately not a lot of choice this was the down side of this hotel we were to find as the days went by , on reaching our rooms everything was fine overlooking the pool with good bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of wardrobe space and sofa in the bedroom too also fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board all free to use, had to pay for safety deposit box . We went all inclusive and enjoyed our week and found the drinks package very good with all top name spirits and good wine and beer options in the dining room it was a shame the bar closed at 11pm though some nights we went elsewhere as the hotel is in a good location to other bars .The dining area is very disappointing with not enough choice of salad or vegetables , we always found something to eat but just not the choices we have been used to in other 4star hotels some nights there would be some good cheeses but no crackers to go with it then the following night crackers and hardly any cheese ,the sweets were nice but again if you didn't pick 1 up when you saw it you would miss out as there wouldn't be anymore to put out and we went for our meal early so don't know what you got if you ate later on ! On a plus side we must mention how hard the staff worked in the pool bar and restaurant area always clearing your table straight away and how friendly they were a big thanks to Debra behind the bar who always had a big smile on her face and was very helpful . Our fourth visit to this hotel and we are never dissapointed We used to holiday a lot in Costa Adeje area but find this area better for getting around as it is much flatter and although we love our grandchildren this hotel is perfect..adults only.

First impressions staff on reception very good service 5mins booked in then to the room open the door and was not upset at what I saw, all rooms come with kitchenette, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and all pots and pans. Bathroom lovely walk in shower (no bath) nice fully tiled all round and never ran out off hot water. The room itself was lovely and spacious, memory foam mattress good night sleep, tv with free remote about 6 English channels safety deposit box (chargeable) quiet air conditioner, rooms cleaned every day and cleaning staff very pleasant spoke every time. Pool area clean and tidy could do with taken about 10 sun beds out as you only have a millimetre between each one most were even touching each other, far to close to each other. Pool bar staff so polite and friendly, good variety of drinks and cocktails on all inclusive only one they was not a local spirit they wasn't was mine (MALIBU) gutted had to drink blue lagoons. Restaurant area not bad, not a fan of tables without linen clothes on then, first morning sat at 3 tables before at sat at a table were someone had not been chasing they breakfast around the table, even evening meal just table mats on tables. Entertainment is not the best for me, most people had their meals and then went out I think because nothing to keep you there as meal big gap then entrainment so by then you board off you go down the street and only on alternative nights then repeated the next week All in all not much to complain about I would return to this hotel and recommend it, but either self catering or half board but not all inclusive but my choice is not necessarily your choice and it's ADULTS ONLY Collapse

We arrived late in the evening and check in took minutes, very quick Straight into our room was a small kitchen with every appliance, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee percolator and fridge. Into the bathroom with complete with walk in shower, large mirror and hairdryer The main room had twin beds, a couch, small table, huge wardrobe, Tv and doors to the balcony. 2 more chairs and another small table out there Nice touches were a small bottle of wine, pool towels, dressing gowns and slippers. We paid extra for a pool view, money well spent as the outer rooms were roadside and seemed noisier. Our room was sheltered from the sun in the evening and quiet all night. The air con was brilliant and the room spotless, cleaned everyday. Free wifi all over the hotel including poolside. The only charge we paid was for the safe key. We went bed and breakfast and for us that was the best choice. The food choice in the morning was huge. Most things were replaced quickly. We didn't have lunch or evening meals in the hotel but you could pay €20 each for Tapas or BBQ night which smelt great as we were The pool area was also spotless with plenty of beds and parasols. No music here but great for relaxing. Reserving beds is not allowed but towels were left from around 8 o clock. Not really necessary as you could get a bed anytime. The sandy area with beds they have created was largely unused and the roof terrace was quiet with loads of free beds all day. The entertainment was about 4 times a week, although not of interest to us, we were passing by a couple of times and it seemed a little rubbish with not many people watching. It's position is great for bars, restaurants, beaches or walks along the coast. We went out every night. We've always paid for all inclusive but I'm certain after staying here, B and B will be our choice in Tenerife and we would happily return to this hotel. Collapse
