We have just returned from a 10 day all inclusive break with 2 friends. The choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Always a choice of pasta, meat, fish, salad and fresh bread and rolls. Hot food was at a temperature which you would expect when catering for a large quantity of guests. The all inclusive was well worth the extra money. Bottles of water, tea and coffee, lager and soft drinks on tap in the restaurant (just off the pool) with spirits, mixers and cocktails available all day and until 11pm in the evening. As mentioned in previous reviews there is no tea, coffee or milk provided in the room but bottles of water are willingly given from the bar to take back to the room and we took a jar of coffee and teabags in the generous jet 2 luggage allowance and brought milk from the onsite shop. Not a problem if forewarned. The staff are so friendly, always a cheerful Ola and smile, especially from Kirsi in the restaurant. The hotel and grounds are spotless. Maid service excellent every day with sheets changed every few days. We had a seaview room on the 4th floor, super to wake and sit on the balcony and see the view in the distance of the sea, a bit noisy (mostly when the bin lorry came in early hours) but the beds are really comfy so a good nights sleep not a problem especially when there was no noise whatsoever from the rooms either side, not paper thin walls as in some hotels. Air conditioning amazing. We managed to find sun beds every day after breakfast at about 10am, not in pole position in the sun as we didnt want to have the early start in the morning but there is plenty of seating in the sun in the mornings and the roof terrace is in sun all day if you are a sun worshipper. The pool is super, lovely and warm and crystal clear without the stink of chlorine as in some resorts. We kept our all inclusive wristbands until we left at 5pm and were able to take a sandwich and drink to the airport from the fridge (fruit and cake also available all day) The entertainment and bar closing at 11pm was a bit early, would have been good if the bar had stayed open for longer even if the all inclusive finished at 11pm. The location is superb, many bars etc within easy walking distance. Collapse

Just returned from a 9 night stay at the Coral Suites. We usually try to book Adult Only hotels as they tend to be quieter. On reading the earlier reviews, we were somewhat put off by the comments regarding people reserving sunbeds, and normally this would have prevented us from booking such a holiday. However, this hotel offered the dates we required and therefore we booked. So I suppose we knew what we were letting ourselves in for! The absolute selfishness of some guests was quite honestly astonishing! Everyday last week, one pair of guests had their towels on the same 2 beds before 8am each morning. However, they then spent the day elsewhere - possibly on the roof terrace - sometimes only coming at the end of the day to collect their towels, without even sitting on their beds! This prevented other guests from enjoying these beds which were in a prime "sun all day" position right on the front row of the pool. The hotel CAN stop this, as we have stayed at hotels previously (The Spring Vulcano to name one) where, if you put your towels on a sunbed before 10am in the morning without sitting on the bed, the towels were removed from the beds by the pool attendant, and the guests then had to make the walk of shame to collect the towels, with everyone looking on. It works. So why don't all the other hotels do the same. Instead they suffer reviews like this. Adult only, but some adults act like selfish children!! We found the food at breakfast to be fine - cooked food could have been hotter, but on the whole there was plenty of choice and the fresh fruit was lovely. We only stayed B & B basis, again because of previous reviews regarding the food, but there are plenty of restaurants around to choose from and we enjoyed eating out each evening, and had lovely meals too. Housekeeping kept the hotel very clean and all the staff were very polite and happy and greeted us every time we came across any of them. We spent each evening out and therefore can't comment on the evening entertainment. Overall, a good hotel in an excellent location. Unfortunately, unless they sort out the sun bed situation in the future, we won't be returning. Collapse

The hotel is clean and tidy but if you don´t get up around 6am you will never get a sunbed around the pool area due to greedy people who leave their towels on the beds and most of the time they aint even around to use them! The rooms are lovely and daily clean so you always had fresh towels they were surprisingly modern and up to date. The food was okay not much choice for us fussy eaters needed more english food. We ended up eating out most nights which then wasn´t worth paying for all inclusive! Considering we were here for 7 nights we never had a chance to even go in the pool which was annoying. The staff are so nice and helpful when you needed to ask a question. Collapse

Arrival - on arrival the staff were polite and advised us to go down the the BBQ to get our dinner all inclusive before the dinner finished at half past nine. The dinner was very limited but I put this down to our late arrival. All Inclusive - I would certainly not recommend going all inclusive at this hotel! My boyfriend and I eat very differently and both of us struggled to eat at both lunch and dinner. It really was a hit or miss. Also the all inclusive drinks were odd as they had a frozen strawberry daiquiri on the menu which was amazing yet they didn't have Malibu or even a local version on the menu. To get your soft drinks during the day you had to walk through the restaurant to help yourself at the drinks machine which was awkward walking past people eating whilst in swimwear. We went out to eat a lot during our 10 night stay. Entertainment - the entertainment when they chose to have it on was very poor so if you are looking for a hotel with nothing on at night this one would suit. Room - we were 'upgraded' to the junior suite which was a large room however was in need of updating as the couch has been burst and sewed back together. We asked to be moved room as the windows were not great and we could barely sleep due to noise from the front street however were told that we would need to pay to move to a pool view room €15 a night and any other room would be just as bad. However the rooms were cleaned perfectly every day even mopping the floor! The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Overall I would suggest to go to this hotel self catering or b&b just for the location and for a clean room! However the worst part was certainly the all inclusive so I wouldn't pay the extra for this as we paid over £1000 each and it certainly wasn't worth it. Collapse
