A huge thank you to Mirabela, Zara and Luca Rapeti :) I would recommend for all occasions. The rooms have fitted kitchens and are spacious , shower was also very nice and large. And a warm and welcome atmosphere created by the staff I mentioned , it was due to them I loved my stay so much :) thanks again :) Collapse

This hotel has it all. Think of a combination of your best hostel memories (warm, welcoming, cosy, family style) and all the amenities you expect a quality high end hotel to have (spacious rooms, modern interior, large bathrooms, free internet and breakfast). Add a few quirky extras (free mobile phone with free calls within the UK and to a selection of countries) and a young enthusiastic staff. The location is good: Vauxhall tube station to Oxford Circus is 10 minutes sharp point to point, to Green Park 8 minutes, to the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras 18 minutes. The hotel is new: it opened less than two years ago. We saw families with children, solo and duo travellers of all ages, business people and tourists, and everyone seemed to get catered for in the best possible way. All of this came at the best price/quality ratio I’ve received in a very long time in London: rooms can skirt the 160 euro price per night for early (or last minute) bookers, with lower offers via a number of discount sites (we paid 147 all-in). If you get chosen as guest if the day, they will even throw in a free bottle of wine. We’ll be back. Collapse
Absolutely loved it here.

Everything about this place was just about the best I've ever had, hotel-wise. Yes, it's more like serviced apartments (kind of a mix of hotel and serviced apartments really). The staff were friendly, relaxed and helpful. None of this faux-properness at some other hotels which just feels awful to interact with. The room I had was spotless, everything worked flawlessly, and it just felt really amazing to be there. Strange, as I've literally never had this with a hotel before. I guess because there was a sense that they were trying to be as good as possible for guests, rather than trying to squeeze extra pennies out by cutting every corner possible. They even have a cute hotel dog (the place is pet friendly I believe – but believe me, it's no dog-hair covered hovel either). Collapse

This hotel has it all! Our bed was comfortable. I had heard that the mattress could be hard so ahead of time, I had requested a mattress topper to be put onto the bed and also requested some extra pillows. Everything was set up and ready when we arrived. There was a nice letter and a hand-written Christmas card with two nice cookies waiting for us. A full breakfast is included for no extra charge. There were many things to choose from and the main hot entrees did change somewhat. We are vegetarian and did just fine. They had granola, yogurt, cheese slices, breads, muffins, sweet rolls, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancake machine (did not always have syrup but honey instead), apple juice, orange juice, soy milk, cows milk, coffee machine, tea, nutella and much more. Our room had a full kitchen with stove burners, dishwasher, Nespresso Machine, cups, glasses, silverware, mugs, dishes, pans, small refrigerator with smaller freezer, microwave (also looked like some sort of convection baker). It was equipped with kitchen towels, can opener, knife, cutting board, skillet, round casserole dish with lid, spatuala, spoons, measuring device and more. No soap or food items. Downstairs near the check in desk, they have a little store that you can purchase some items of food and drinks. You can pay for them or charge them to your room. They also have a nice social happy hour event on Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday each week. A light assortment of food such as cheese, olives, dips, breads, meats...etc. and some drinks. A nice time to sit and also to meet other travelers. There are two pubs that are not far from the hotel. We did not have the chance to frequent them, but one is very near is the Black Dog. It appeared to be very popular with locals after work hours. If we would have had the chance then we would have visited. The room had a cell phone that you can use for local calls and gps maps. I had almost rented a phone and was to have it delivered to our hotel. I am sure glad that I didn't as this was included as complimentary. I was so happy to have a laundry room in the hotel. It is located in the basement and you must use your room key to access it. There are four washers and four dryers. You do not have to pay any money to use them, but you do have to bring your own detergent. It is also kept very clean. This hotel is a close walk to the Vauxhall Tube Station as well as Train and Bus Stations which are all together. At the station there is a Sainsbury grocery store. It is one of the smaller ones but had many items that we needed. There is also a Tesco grocer that is a bit further of a walk but much larger. Within walking distance of Westminster, Southbank Christmas Market, MI6 and the River Thames. Taxis did not always know about this newer hotel. They did fine in finding it by using their gps tracker. Uber was an average of eight pounds cheaper per ride. If you are into renting a bicycle there are many to rent at the start of the Pleasure Gardens near to the hotel. These operate by paying two pounds for the day and then you get them for 30 minutes at no charge. There are charges for longer than 30 minutes. There are many rental stations throughout the city. We have decided that this will be our home away from home while visiting London! The staff are all friendly and very helpful. We felt very safe at this hotel and even walking around in the evening in this area. Much, much slower pace in Vauxhall. This works great for our needs. Collapse

Service was unparalleled. Luca the Duty Manager went out of his way to make our stay fabulous. I stayed there with daughter on my trip to London to visit her at end of October/early November. The rooms had kitchenettes with all mods and cons. Position of Suites was one block from the River and very easy to get into Central London. Breakfast was different every day and WI FI excellent.I cannot thank you Luca and your Team enough and will be back. Collapse
