so we visited here in oct - me , my partner , my mother in law & 2 children ( 1&7 ) , all in all we had a great time the apartment was gresr we were in B! right next to the pool and entertainment , we were self catering so i cant comment on the food .. both kids enjoyed the pools , parks , tobys magic garden , sandpits etc ... its hard to find a fault - the entertainment team were great c its close to main strip & beach which is stunning however - this is the faults i found :/ 1. the partment doors dont lock from inside which means kids could open it and wander off. 2. the pools were freezing even though we had great warm weather the 10 days. 3. kids entertainments fab but adults only have a choice of quiz or bingo ( which we played still so wasnt to bad but could definetly be improved ). would i visit again ... yes my son and partner are already talking about it. Our main reason for choosing Sea Club was for the fantastic entertainment advertised for our children, however, a couple of days into our stay (baring in mind it was half term) the kids club and magic garden closed without prior warning, leaving my children upset and disappointed. We should have been told in advance that there would be limited activities for children during our stay, then we would have chosen somewhere with sufficient entertainment for them. There was a mini disco for children at 8pm each evening, this was good and the animation team were upbeat and friendly. No entertainment for adults throughout our stay - unless you like to do a quiz or bingo every. single. night. Nice apartments; beds and sofas comfortable to sleep on. Walls paper thin though, continuous noise from apartment above. As someone else recently mentioned, if you do stay here make sure you check that your patio doors are locked as we also discovered half way through our stay that one of the doors was unlocked. We were mortified, as anyone could of just slid the door open to get in. Hearing that others have experienced the same, I'm wondering why it would be standard to leave a door unlocked? Needs to be actioned. Also, lots of Mosquitos about so if you come here bring plenty of repellent with you. My family and I were bitten so much and looking around, so was everyone else. I've never known anything like it. It's a short walk to the beach, definitely worth a visit as the swimming pools are absolutely freezing. Quantity and quality of food decreased by the day and was luke warm (at best). Kids Pizza was either burnt or undercooked. Throughout our stay I basically lived off tinned sausages and rice. They also ran out of basic soft drinks such as Lemonade and didn't restock. Had to pay €2.50 to have water with Dinner (which was likely from the tap) Overall, a disappointing stay and certainly wouldn't recommend. When our concerns were mentioned to the reception team, the level of customer service we received was despicable, being told by the receptionist that it "wasn't her problem" and being very argumentative. Definitely not the level of customer service or experience you expect from a 4* establishment. Collapse

Negatives: first room was situated away from the main hotel, it was across the road about 4 minute walk. It was infested with mosquitoes and the toilet smelt really bad the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was diarrhoea in the toilet it was awful. The beds had hair under the covers which ment linen had not been changed, no hot water and room was cold. because we arrived 3am was told we couldn’t be moved until operating hours. We then had to down grade from a 2 bed to a 1 bed as only one bedroom apartments are nearest main hotel. All 2 bed apartments are across the road. 2nd room was much cleaner, warmer. Wasn’t given any linen had to take linen from previous room. The bathroom smelt like sewage and attracted a lot of flies some were squashed already on the ceiling maybe from previous occupants. This didn’t get sorted until last night before we left. Kitchen was clean and well equipped Internet is only for 2 devices only. You can request another access code for 6e lovely lady at desk gave 2nd code for free as it was our last night. Mini disco is ok for little ones, my 3 year old enjoyed it but there was no internet for teens or adults as website stated. Food was mediocre and supermarket very expensive. Packet of crisps 2.30e whilst Lidl sell same thing for 0.55e Pool side near lounge was great Cleaners came daily left clean towels and loo roll once and didn’t change linen whole week Beach was 10-15 min walk and is lovely, loads of shops and restaurants which sell better food in my opinion You may enjoy this hotel but it wasn’t for me my older kids were bored. I think the pictures on website look much nicer than it actually is Collapse

We stayed a week all inclusive at seaclub and initially after reading some of the views were a bit apprehensive. It was lovely, we stayed in Area B which was based close to reception, the restaurant, pools, supermarket, pool par and a little park, there was also a lovely little sand pit play area just outside our apartment. The only criticism regarding the apartment is that management were aware we were travelling with a toddler as we’d hired a travel cot, yet they gave us a 1st floor apartment only accessible by steps which was a bit of an inconvenience having to haul the pram up and down but not a major issue at all. the food was ok, nothing special but it was nice enough. The grounds were clean, the entertainment was fun and there were plenty of sunbeds at all times, the staff were all lovely too. The only thing I would say about the pools is that they are all absolutely freezing!! The pool bar also only opened for a couple of hours a day and the pools closed early too, i don’t know if it’s because of the time of year and it was out of season? Overall it was a lovely place to stay and I’d love to return, alcudia is a lovely place and it was a great first family holiday for us! Thank you seaclub Collapse
