I would so highly recommend these villas to anyone. I have Just come back from a 10 night stay at this hotel. There was a total of 18 people in 5 villas. I can't put 1 bad world about this stunning place, we was looked after from the minute we pulled up out side. The villas are absolutely beautiful, every villa has something different that's what makes it that little bit special. From the cleaners to the waiters they really went that extra mile to cater for our big family, even had 1 big table for us all every night. The cleanliness of this hotel is outstanding they really do work hard to make you feel welcome. Fiona the manager is absolutely fantastic so friendly and very professional, always come to chat with you most mornings. Jorge and the rest of the restaurant team did that hotel proud the food is delicious and very well presented. I will definitely be going to this beautiful place. Collapse

We have just returned from a week stay in Royal Garden and what an amazing holiday it was. It was our first time in Tenerife which was lovely but the hotel was what made our stay fantastic. We have stayed in many 5* and would rate this number one on our list! We stayed in a one bedroom duchess villa which was beautiful although next time we would upgrade only because we took our 1 yr old son and needed a little extra outdoor and pool space. The food was delicious, we ate out for lunch once but in comparison to the hotel food it was pretty poor. Due to our son falling asleep early most nights we ordered room service most evenings which was also great but the few occasions we did eat in the restaurant they accommodated for our son even when he fell asleep in his soup they put our meal on hold and brought to to our room at our convenience. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. A special thank you to Fiona, Benjamin who bent over backwards for us and the Australian housekeeping lady who brought our son a cuddly koala bear which has never left his side. Also we can not forget to mention Miguel thank you all so much. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone wether its families, couples or a romantic getaway. We hope to return for my birthday in September. Ps:- ignore the other posts on trip advisor about road noise this was not an issue and very rarely heard, also about the cleanliness you could eat off the floor it was that clean! And the food from breakfast to evening meal amazing I don't know where these people eat who say the food is bad but I would like to try them! Collapse

A perfect hotel to stay in for honeymooners.. Its a villa in a totally secluded place. They have small wooden doors as their main entrance. The rooms are perfectly interiored.. They hav a very romantic setup in the pool area. Its a total luxury treatment. The view from the hotel and the room is amazing. The breakfast they serve is keeping in view both the vegetarians n non vegetarians. The first word that comes to ur mind is WOW.. Whn u enter the villa. They have small souvenirs cabinets which actually have good stuff u can buy. In one word DREAM come true place to stay. Loved it!! Collapse

Pleasant accommodation, don't understand reviewers questioning whether it's a villa or an apartment, the content is totally acceptable and spacious.Furthermore those who complain about road noise exaggerate. I would suggest that if they have to cease a conversation because of traffic they are speaking to someone hard of hearing or have a very quiet voice. The patio area around the plunge pool has electric roller shutters which both deaden road noise and shelter from the occasional blustery wind. My main concerns relate to the restaurant, the staff are superb but dinner menu never changed in the two weeks we were there, those thinking of half board might wish to reconsider. There are the odd supplements to those on half board which to my mind are not justified. The saddest item of complaint is the charge at dinner for water of €6, you can buy 20 litres for less than that price locally in supermarkets. Stay for two weeks and dine each evening you are presented with a bill for €84. For a hotel charging top rates this appears to be petty. The hotel website does not give the impression of its proximity to closest town so you definitely need a car or you will need the regular services of taxis. Dining out is reasonable as is the cost of car hire and petrol. Overall nice resort, overpriced spare but excellent staff. Collapse

Spent a week here and didn't want to leave From the minute you arrive at the Royal Garden villas the staff can't do enough to ensure your stay is truely fabulous. While checking in we we were served a glass of champagne and then taken to our room which was beautiful, bathrooms were very luxurious and also had outdoor showers, the bedroom was tastefully decorated and it had a fully functioning kitchen. The outdoor area had lots of space for sun beds and outdoor dining. The heated pool was great to cool off in, the only gripe I have is our room was overlooking the road which during the day could be noisy but to be fair you couldn't hear the noise at night and didn't disturb our sleep. The glass panels also meant it wasn't totally private. We ate at the hotel every night apart from 2 nights when we ate at the hotel's partner restaurants in Playa las Americas; Monkey Japanese and Monkey Grill both of them excellent. The hotel restaurant was equally fabulous champagne on arrival and the food was delicious no bad meals. Breakfast was also a treat from fruit, cooked or sweet. We never used the main pool but did sample the spa facilities and also used the gym and squash court. We will be returning but would ask for a room a bit further from the road. Collapse
