We have just returned from a week all inclusive at this hotel, and it got off to a bad start, arrived at 11.30pm, bar closes at 11pm, so not even possible to get a bottle of water for the room. Many of the staff are unhelpful and uninterested, this includes the manager who I found to be just rude. The worst thing however is the food, breakfast is just bearable, lunch and dinner was barely recognizable and tasteless, and it was hardly even warm. Staff do not like to serve drinks in the restaurant, and coffee machines are only on for breakfast. After the first couple of days we ate out. The only positive I will give it, the cleaners are friendly and do a great job, the hotel is clean, bedding and towels changed daily. The garden and pool area is also good, plenty of room to sit, both loungers and tables and chairs, the pool is great for adults as it's very deep, 5 foot going to 9 foot in the deep end. Lucky it's only a couple of minutes to the train, running early morning to late evening, every 20 minutes, so easy to get out to visit other towns, and very inexpensive. Definitely will not be returning to this hotel. Collapse

after returning last night from this hotel i feel i must warn others. this is the worst food i had in 20 years in spain , no childrens menu , Entertainment is only for the Spainish they dont care about the English , you will need to get a train to get into Torremolinos which is 2 stops down the line , there is no night life near by or any pubs, the cleaning of the rooms you will need to leave a sign on ya door or they will miss ya room Collapse

3 of us travelled here arriving beginning of Sept. We had previously booked a 3 room with 3 beds and had emailed to confirm this. When we did arrive the room we were allocated had 2 single beds and a childs camp bed, back to reception who on inspection re-allocated us a different room with 3 proper beds. Rooms were basic, but we paid a basic price, but they were clean and cleaned every day with towels changed daily. We ate in a restaurant across the road and it was fine for first night, we were on an b+b basis. Back to hotel for a g+t 6.10 euro, whiskey and coke and rum and coke were 6.6. euro each. This was really expensive so we never drank there again, supermarket round corner so we bought a bottle of each and had a wee drink on our balcony. Breakfast was a total nightmare, the time changed the day after we arrived although no-one mentioned this to us. Staff are on a mission to get cleared up and out of there asap. Coffee and juice machines are turned off 15-20 minutes before service ends. Food (same every single day) churros, bacon, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pancakes, sausages plus selection of cold meats, pastries, small selection cereals - this isn't restocked so tends to run out. Staff are most un-helpful, closing off areas and leaving people with nowhere to sit. Pool, gardens well maintained and plenty of sunbeds. This does seem to be a popular hotel with stag/hen parties, we had the misfortune of a crowd with Trunki suitcases who delighted everyone with their tales of spending the whole visit in the local brothels and then on to the phone with their wives/girlfriends - lucky them! Not the hotels fault but an unending supply of beer didn't help. We only ever had a beer during the day, again 2euro for a plastic glass. We then asked for a cup of ice to take to our room in the evening and on one occasion the look I was given by one of the staff was dreadful, it looked as though I had asked for the heart of her first born child! Big problem was our day of departure, we had a fairly late flight but the hotel couldn't let us keep our room, nor did they have any facilities to shower. The public toilets near the lift don't have locks on the door, this was a nightmare. We didn't experience the food, but going by breakfast and chatting to other guests we didn't miss anything. Location was ok, two train stops from airport and then another two into Torremolinos which we did most nights. However the train also ran to Benalmadena and Fuengirola which we also did for a change. But - doing this for 6 nights does add to costs. Market in Fuengirola on Sat morning was dreadful, really just second hand tat. We didn't pay an awful lot for this holiday and the weather was fabulous, we took the spare blankets out of our room and put them on the loungers with our towels over the top to try to make them more comfortable! Probably wouldn't return tho.... Collapse

I came back from a great few days at this hotel last night, there were 6 girls (all late 30's early 40's) all away for a relaxing few days away and that is exactly what we got, We read all the reviews before hand and were very apprehensive as to what we would find on arrival. The hotel is vey close to the airport so the transfer drive was only 5 mins. The hotel was very clean, all rooms were done every day if you wanted it done, the rooms are basic but provided all we needed for 4 nights and it is a 3* so what do you expect. We never had a bad meal, there was a choice for everyone and always plenty of it, we were All Inc and made a lot of use out of the pool bar during the day and night. The night time entertainment wasn't amazing but we had a laugh watching it. The pool was really deep all over but there is also a small kiddies pool so everyone happy. It is a very relaxing quiet place, no rush for sun beds in the morning and music around the pool area during the day. The beach is just a 10 min walk and you can walk for miles along the sandy beach with bars and restaurants on the way for a change of scenery. The train station is at the back of the hotel but the noise is minimal and couldn't hear in the night. We have all said we would come back as all had a great few days. ate loads drank loads and all came home nice and relaxed. Collapse

Me and my partner just came back from a holiday of 10 days here and wish we had a flight back sooner, We spent 1 day throughout the holiday outside the pool bar area where you were constantly attacked by flys and so annoying so never bothered again spent rest of time at the beach and going out so never got our monies worth as we were all inclusive. Some of the staff were rude and not helpful as they hardly knew any english trying to get a drink at the bar you end up with something else completely different and they ignore you knowing your standing there. Reception was hopeless and couldn't answer any off our questions not helpful. We experienced powercut in the hotel so no breakfast there one morning, also loss of hot water for the shower. And then to top it off towards the end of week had a stag party turn up next to door to our apartment which they kept us awake all night long when we were trying to sleep so was tired in the day just the whole experience ruined our holiday. would never ever stay at this hotel ever again don't waste your time or money!!
