We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in a bright junior suite with a terrace, which provided us with a great base for our visit to EuroDisney and Paris itself. As we were travelling with a young child, this was really helpful. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Facilities in the room were very pleasing and included a kitchenette, additional shower room and sizeable terrace. The bed was awesome - very very comfortable!! Free shuttle service to and from EuroDisney running every 5-10 mins. This was a great touch given its location to the park. Whilst all the staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful, I have to say the concierge staff were great! Throughout our stay, they were so helpful. Even on the day we departed, they offered to take us to the usual park drop off given we had limited luggage so we could take the train to the airport. This was above and beyond and a great touch to the end of our holiday and very kind. I was surprised however that given we were only 5 minutes from EuroDisney, children were not allowed in the pool, which my son was disappointed about but overall, we enjoyed our stay. Collapse

We walked to the parks each day and it took about 30 minutes. There was a shuttle going to an from everyday, we just decided to walk. There is shops really close (lovely croissants each morning from a local shop)and staff in the hotel and friendly and helpful. We got there really early so they kept our bags while we had a look around. We used the spa a few times, really clean and relaxing! Don't bother with a disney hotel - this is much better!!! Collapse

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Disney. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. First of all the location is perfect, you can see the Disney Park from the hotel. It is in the Val d' Europe complex no more than a 3 to 5 minute drive from the main gates and a 20 minute walk. There are shops, bars and restaurants all very accessible and within a 2 minute walk away. The hotel runs a very good free shuttle service to the Disney Park. You may have to wait 10 minutes in busy times - but it is free so no complaints. All the staff speak excellent English and they are of various nationalities. All were friendly. The rooms open into a short corridor, bathroom one side, clean and compact kitchenette area the other. The bedrooms have huge beds. Very comfortable and quiet. Everything was spotless. There is a tea and coffee tray provided which was sufficient for a short stay but bring tea bags etc if you like drinking lots of tea! The bar area is really nice and there's a brasserie where breakfast is served. Breakfast is expensive though - 18 euros each. We walked down the road to a nice coffee shop on our second morning which was far superior and half the cost. Reception staff are extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. The bar staff were great too. Breakfast staff were a indifferent to be fair, not nearly to the standard of the rest of the staff we met. I would recommend this hotel to anyone doing Disney. Great location, clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Collapse

To conduct 2 days workshops the customer put me in this hotel. Friendly check-in. The room was - well, how can I put it: spacious - well designed with good mini kitchenette - it reminded me on a typical American Holiday Inn or Motel of the 80ties. Nothing wrong with that. Only at a second glance I saw, frayed carpet, floor list was broken (I scratched my toe) corners not vacuumed, stains on wallpaper (tea/coffee splashes not whipped off) - generally not well maintained. Room attendant surely don't use enough time or the right techniques to do their job. The tv listing did not correspond to the channels on the tv and I could not find BBC world news or CNN so I called reception for assistance. 15 minutes later a technician came and said: they always do that, the listing is never correct. (Meaning "they - the people from the hotel" against me - the technician....where is the loyalty? Is he not part of the team?...) Dinner in brasserie was excellent - and service very friendly. The Tartar was good. The maître in charge full of wit and humour - casual in a great way. The next morning at 6.20 I went down in the restaurant to ask for cold milk (for the tea I made in my room). No good morning from the elderly person in charge. More a "yes - what are you looking for? (What the hell do you do here before opening!!!!), I said "good morning - I am looking for some cold milk". reply: "you have to pay", me: sure - please put it non my room bill" - "so you have a room? Is your breakfast included?" - "yes" - "there - help yourself" and he pointed with his arm to the other side of the buffet. I considered this as rude, not customer oriented, rather a bad impression. I definitely got the impression he is not happy with his job respectively his job was good, if only there would not be customers.... (and definitely not guests....) The training room was great, well prepared and the attendance I got from the convention responsible (two lovely ladies) was impeccable and I look forward to the next sessions. The food in the coffee breaks is ok - danish and croissants in the morning (they are never well baked, dough inside almost raw. I think the first time they bake them they under-do them, so they can re-heat the left overs ....). In the afternoon always deliciously sweet "macrons" or mini chocolate puddings - excellent. I miss a healthy option (plain yoghurt, fruits) and a savoury change. Both barmen was excellent - helpful and "sympa"! Keep it up. Their uniforms highly worn out and rather tatty - hotel, do something about it. Employees feel more comfortable and self confident if they are dressed well! Collapse
