They do offer a breakfast for £9.95 per adult and children eat free which is a great offer, however, we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel. There is also a gym which we didn't use. This hotel was just somewhere for us to shower and sleep as we had 2 busy days with our children! When we arrived, the hotel had told us that SuperBreak hadn't sent our booking over to them, so we had a 20 minute wait at the reception area on arrival to get our key as the hotel didn't know if we had paid etc, so had to call SuperBreak. No fault of the hotel, but felt the staff could have been a little friendly and maybe offered a drink or something for our little ones. Good location, only 5-15 minute drive to restaurants, shopping centres and attractions so would definitely recommend as a base if you are happy to drive or get a cab to the attractions and places you wish to visit. The stay was awful from start to finish. On check in there was confusion, which seemed to be for no apparent reason. The room given was appalling. The shower flood all over the bathroom and into the bedroom carpet in the first 3 minutes of being on. The colour of the water was disgusting and as for the smell, id imagine that's what a sewer smells like. After changing rooms, which wasnt an easily task, i was given a new room equally as awful. the shower didnt flood in this one because it was over a bath, in a disabled room. My key card continuously didn't work. Each time i went back to reception i was met with a rude woman who told me the card did work. When i asked her to go and test herself in case i am doing something wrong, she said she didnt have time. She reactivated the card and i managed to get in. The following time this happened, the same 'lady' asked me to verify my identity. With my purse now locked in the room, i could merely give her my name and dates of stay which wasn't good enough. After twenty minutes of 'I cant let you in' i was finally given a key to the room, but by now, i was 30 minutes late for work. The food was terrible, very basic and not what i expected for the price of the stay. I have been staying in this area on and off for years and i can honestly say that this is the worst hotel in the area. I wouldn't return to this hotel even if you paid me. Collapse

We stayed in the hotel for my hen party and we were pleasantly surprised! This hotel seemed clean and fresh. They were able to sleep 10 and had our rooms next to each other. Staff were happy, positive and helpful. We had one issue where our key stoped working in which the staff seemed genuinely apologetic and offered us a free breakfast or a room change :) The hotel sold all the necessities from paracetamol to toothpaste! They also had a bar at reception with a wide range of drinks! We didn't try the breakfast but as we left it smelt great! Rooms were spacious and seemed very clean and looked after! Each room has a TV with a number of different channels! Good amount of plug sockets and a long full length mirror! Bathrooms were large with good powerful showers with hairdryers in each room! Thank you very much for making our stay great! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Collapse

I'll start with the pro's first. The hotel itself is very easy to find and has ample parking for guests, on arrival the reception is located front and center so booking in is quick and easy (please see cons) The room was ok for what its designed for and bed was comfy, the usual complimentary tea/coffee is on view as you enter and extra pillows if needed. Now the Con's Ok these don't actually revolve around the hotel but more the booking agents, i placed my booking back in January so i could get a decent deal on the room, i selected and paid for a executive suit expecting a reasonably sized room with a fridge. Not so..... On arrival i approached the reception and informed them about my booking and handed over my printed out booking form, this is when it all went down hill very quickly. The hotel had no knowledge of my booking and had no rooms available, a quick phone call to the booking agents (superbreaks) and it turned out my confirmation email hadn't been sent to the hotel, the receptionist luckily said she could give me a room as a member of my own party had dropped out this room was however not a executive suit but a standard double room that was about 12x14 with a toilet/shower room the size of a wardrobe. After a call to the booking agent by myself i was offered a £10 refund to cover the difference in room prices (wow thanks) Plus to make matters worse after returning back from a meal in Milton Keynes we found the carpark now full so i had to park on a grass embankment, then at 2:15am the fire alarm activated after someone else in the Hotel decided to smoke in there room. No staff came to explain why and many guests were left walking around asking what to do. Collapse

Quiet good hotel pleasant staff except for one, My appalling experience started on the 3rd day of a 4 day stay we were in the room after a pleasant day out when a person with a strong eastern European accent stood in our doorway and said quiet loudly WHO ARE YOU WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE in a very rude way, I preceded to tell her that we had been here for 3 days and who i was and i was from Australia and had booked and payed some 2 months prior she insisted we had not booked or checked in maybe we let ourselfs in and gave ourselfs the keys I then followed her to the reception where she demanded proof of who we were and preceded to tell me very rudly we were not checked in, Her customer service manor was terrible she then went on to say our money had been returned to our bank which the bank has no record of which turned out to be not true, Eventualy she agreed maybe we had checked in, It was not until checking out one and a half days later she reluctantly admitted our check in had not been fully entered into the computer, Maybe she should have checked in the first place before ruining this part of our trip, I stay at many hotels around the world and never have I experienced anything like this terrible treatment i recieved from this employee who badly needs training in customer service. Fine for a place to crash

Stayed here due to proximity to Milton Keynes. If just using as a place to sleep it's fine. Otherwise room was bit cramped for a family of 4.
