Average Radisson, average location. No power outlet at the bed stand, no breakfast until 06.30, free wifi was good. Relatively close to the airport, about 10 minutes in taxi. Arrived very late and left very early.

Two stars for hotel's proximity to airport and train station to get to downtown. Reasons we would not stay again: 1. Shuttle does not actually run automatically from airport to hotel. We called to confirm pick-up location and was told to call back when we landed. We called when landed and was told to go to Exit 4 and wait by the bus stop where the airport bus runs. We then had to call a third time to confirm what kind of car it was and staff noted a driver was on the way in a black van. When it arrived, we didn't have enough seats for the passengers waiting. 2. Check-in was extremely curt. We asked about how to get to downtown and was told to cross the street and take train. No further directions given. Zero sense of hospitality. And only one person at check-in desk on a Sunday afternoon. 3. Rooms are very dated and bathroom has an awkward design for the shower. There isn't a door to close the shower so water is guaranteed to spill out. For a one night stay, it did the job but given how inefficient the shuttle is and the number of other hotel options in Lisbon, I definitely would not recommend staying here again. Collapse

We spent a night at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lisbon, on our way back to the USA from Rome on October 8, 2016. We stayed at this hotel, because of its close proximity to the Lisbon Airport, and we had an early morning flight to Miami. The shuttle service was not available when we arrived, and our taxi was able to get us to the hotel in less than 15 minutes. We had a good first impression looking at the hotel from the outside, but were let down with the layout of the front desk area. The staff was fairly pleasant, and in general we were satisfied with the room. Breakfast was superior, one of the best I have had in a hotel for a very long while, of course it was not free, but I was totally satisfied with the offerings. Location was great, close to the airport, and it was easy to get on the train to downtown. There is also a Chinese Restaurant next door with quite good dishes on the menu. My only disappointment was when I went down to the Front Desk the following morning to take the shuttle to the airport, I was told that I did not schedule pickup the night before, so I had to take a taxi. In my view they should have told me during the check in process that if I plan to take the shuttle the following morning that I should have requested at that time. In spite of that little issue, I would have no problem staying again at that hotel for a short stay in Lisbon. Collapse
