My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. We stay at hotels frequently in the Anaheim area as we are Disneyland annual passholders but live too far away to drive to the park daily. This was our first time staying at this hotel as most hotels were sold out or ridiculously expensive due to a convention. The staff at this hotel are friendly. They were always welcoming and willing to assist us. On our last day we had late flights and they were happy to hold on to our luggage for us so that we could go and enjoy the park. The room itself is very small. There is not much room to walk around. The room was however clean. I never saw a bug. The shower had tons of pressure and got really hot, which was great! The bathroom is small and the sink is located outside the bathroom, which was fine, but when leaving the bathroom the person at the sink had to move. There is tea and coffee in the room. We had no problem with the mattress. After the first night we woke up in the morning and headed to the park. The walk is not as bad as I thought it would be. It was a short 8 minute walk. There is no shuttle. Other travelers will be walking with you. It's in a safe area. Prior to walking we stopped in the breakfast area and grabbed juice. I did not get a good look at the food available but I noticed bagels, toast and pastries. Upon returning to the park we were unable to get into our room. We had to go back to the lobby and get rekeyed. I have no idea what happened but the lady at the front counter made a comment that made it seem this was not a rare occurrence. Maybe something happened with their system that night? I'm not sure, but it did not happen again. Keep in mind that the hotel is right next to the freeway. I added a picture so you can see just how close. The freeway traffic could be heard in the room. It's a constant noise so it didn't disturb me until a very loud car went flying down the freeway in the early hours and that scared me awake. The heater/AC unit is noisy as well. This is not the best motel if you need quiet to sleep. To me it was white noise I could ignore. The motel does not have an elevator. If you are unable to go up and down stairs ask for a room on the first floor. So overall the motel is okay. It is a safe clean place to sleep if you are on a budget. If small rooms and noise at night is an issue you may want to pay more and stay somewhere else. Collapse

Stayed here for a Disneyland visit. -No shuttle to the park -They charge for parking (common in the area) -Hotel is a very old building. -Room are EXTREMELY SMALL -Hot breakfast but constantly missing breakfast items (two days in a row and they did not have any sausage, bacon nor any type of meat that is usually normal in a breakfast.) -Poor customer Service (needed extra blankets, went to the lobby to ask for some, they said they will bring it to the room but they never did) -Fair price (if you are here to spend NO time at the hotel then this would not be too bad of a choice. However, the hotel DOES NOT complement the Disneyland experience. Bottom line is NOT a pretty hotel. I probably would not stay here again. There are better hotel in the area that may be a little farther away but offer transportation to the park. Collapse

We just returned home from our stay at this hotel for our trip to Disneyland. Last year, we stayed at Tropicana but thought it would be nice to stay a little further away if breakfast was included. The continental breakfast was just okay... nothing too great. Our kids did not like anything so we ended up going to McDonalds each morning for them. The distance to the park was okay... a little far when your feet are hurting from being on them ALL day but that's okay. We had a huge room, 2 queens and 1 sofa bed... very spacious and was great for our family. The AC was a little weak. We left it on when we were gone during the day and still came back to a stuffy warm room. Overall, we were impressed with the accommodation and price of this hotel but would most likely go back to the Tropicana or hotels directly across the street from the park for convenience. Collapse

First the positive. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a short 1/2 mile walk from the Disneyland entrance. Now the negative. The room was extremely small. We needed a crib for our 2 year old and it barely fit in the room. Very cramped. The beds were terrible. One bed was very saggy. Just looking at the bed you can see it sinks in the middle. The sheets were rough and smelled like cheap laundry detergent. Pillows were lumpy. The crib mattress was ripped and falling apart. It should've been thrown away years ago. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Bugs in the shower. Breakfast was pretty bad too. There were these little yellow discs that I think were some kind of egg. No elevator. It was basically a Motel 6. It felt like nothing had been updated since 1972. Anywhere else this is a $40 a night hotel. We checked out early and paid for another hotel just so we didn't ruin our vacation by staying at this dump. There are so many other options close to the park that you would do better to pick another place to stay. Collapse
