I'ts an easy and fast walk to the park. And the breakfast was good. Nothing extravagant but we were able to fill up before heading over. The rooms weren't the cleanest I've seen, but not bad enough to leave or anything. I'm not a picky person. I needed something affordable so I could pay for 4 people to spend a week at Disneyland. If you're on a budget, go for it :) Collapse

My daughter and I had a lovely stay here a few years ago, so I am sad to say we had a bad experience on this visit. The staff were friendly (front desk and breakfast room), but we were assigned room 1104 and this room had a door to give you the ability to connect with the adjacent room if needed. The issue was that the rooms are non-smoking (which is very important to me), but during our entire stay (four nights) there was marijuana smoke wafting through the connecting door (despite it being closed) repeatedly throughout the evening/night. I am very sensitive to smoke of any kind and it was really awful. I told the front desk person about the issue on the day after we arrived, but nothing was resolved during our stay. I tried blocking the door with clothing/paper, but nothing would block the very strong smoke smell. Also, it seemed like our room was unnecessarily shabby - stains on the bedspread, a rocking toilet which hadn't been fully cleaned, and a leaking sink (we used the ice bucket to catch the drips), and it seemed damp overall. I wasn't expecting perfection (as this is a reasonably priced hotel near Disneyland) and the room shabbiness wouldn't have spoiled our stay, but the smoke certainly did. Collapse

This is a great place to stay for a school group going to Disneyland. They are awesome to work with ahead of time. Very friendly. When we arrived it was at 1 AM and they had everything all set up just as we had requested: boys on another floor from the girls, chaperones next to the rooms we had asked, etc. It is a short walk to the park entrance and you can even see Thunder Mountain from the parking lot. Having the sink outside the shower and toilet is very helpful for four to a room, and a microwave and frig is great, too. They also let us keep the keys and not give them to our hs students ever. The breakfast in the morning is a nice layout and the kids were very happy. Collapse

Our experience at Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort. 4/29/17-5/2/17. We just left today after 3 nights at this hotel. Last year we went to Disneyland and stayed at the Hilton south of Disney but this year thought to try this hotel cuz it was closer to the park and have stayed at Quality Inn and Choice hotels before when traveling. Although when we checked in it seemed fine. We were neglected by the valet service on several occasions. To which one of the valets response was "we are too busy to answer our phones" as to why I asked they were always at the other hotel across the way and run back here after their done chatting. Since we stood there for 15 min watching them chat/laugh about whatever. So why offer valet if you can't even get your car? As for the room, stains on bed spread, hair in bath tub, people banging on the walls, and bugs IN THE BED (didn't notice till our last night, when I realized I was getting bit by something on my back). I thought the bugs were ants but I think they were bed bugs. Now I have a DR appointment to figure out what to do as my back is covered with little red marks that look nothing like a pimple. I'll add a photo for refer nice. My back looks just like this. Also I added a photo of the stains on the bed. We attempted to report these issues every time, I count 7 times we tried calling but every time we call the phone only rang forever with no pick up. It was a joke. I also went in to complain to the staff about the valet but it fell on deaf ears. I was so grossed out when o saw the bugs we stormed out because we had a flight. Dropped our keys at the desk and left. There was a large group of people at the desk, obviously we weren't going to be seen anytime soon. UPDATE!!!!: I spoke with the Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort General Manager Leo , who contacted me after I originally posted this on Facebook. He apologized and asked me to remove the post and in exchange he would refund me the amount of my stay. I agreed. I removed the post in good faith, and after a week I did not see a refund in my account and tried contacting his office again which when i finally reached him he basically called me a liar and refused to give me a refund. Needless to say im re-posting my review. You can't trust Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort. Collapse

This a great place to stay when visiting the Disney parks. This is our 4th stay. You can't go wrong, with friendly staff and a great location. Breakfast is basic and gets a little busy with families all being in there at the same time. It's all about timing! Parking has gotten expensive over recent years, but it is now at a premium with the Holiday Inn right next door taking parking and accommodation space off Quality. We always stay at the Quality Inn and Suites and always will, every time we visit Disneyland etc. So convenient. Collapse
