Booked this accommodation through Expedia as a package airfares accommodation package at a very good price. My wife and I traveled with our 9 year old granddaughter. We found it clean and comfortable ( non smoking room 2 double beds, shower over bath, tea and coffee facilities, small fridge, shampoo, conditioner, soap, skin lotion.) Serviced every day. Staff were great nothing was to much effort from arranging transport and tours to reconfirming shuttle pick ups. Breakfast was provided Juices, tea , coffee, Danish pastries, sweet muffins, 3 choices of cereal, yoghurt, waffles and syrup, small egg pancakes, scones, toasting muffins and toast , the breakfast area was clean and tidy. There is a well stocked souvenir shop with drinks , chips, biscuits and most other things you mite need. The lobby was bright and friendly with good seating and 24 hour tea and coffee. Only 10 to 12 minutes from Disneyland and eating places. We enjoyed our stay and would use it again. Collapse

I booked this hotel because it was cheap so I didn't have high expectations. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms and facilities were! The bed was comfy and clean, there are all the important amenities in the room such as a hairdryer and coffee machine. The location is perfect for Disney, and the hotel even has a pool and gift shop if you have some extra time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was amazed by the breakfast, which is open til 9.30am so you don't gave to get up super early. Also they have a waffle machine which I used throughout my time there. There is a big selection, not as big as a major hotel, but for the price, it was excellent and way cheaper than eating in Disney. I would definitely stay here again, it was a fabulous stay and a perfect end to my holiday. I kind of wished I had spent more time in the hotel room! Collapse
It's clean...that's about where it ends...

Here visiting Disneyland and we like staying at different places to see which is best....may have to try again... Location is great. About a 5-10 min walk to the bag check in Disney. Check in staff was great. Very friendly. Lobby is nice, clean, updated. I had big hopes for the room. The room is clean and that's about it. The room is small. Which I'm really okay with as we are minimalists and don't like a lot of stuff. The shower is clean so, you know, so far so good. Except that the A/C won't stay on. No matter what we do it keeps turning off in the middle of the night. Beds are okay, not the most horrible I've had but not the best. They offer breakfast....it's a joke. It looked cute from the outside (little tables outside that are cute...) but the food is awful. Even the store bought pastries are bad. The only reason I would stay here again is I know what I'm getting, it's inexpensive, and you can't beat the location. But, I feel like I will be on the hunt for somewhere else next time. Collapse

My wife and I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Anaheim. We booked due to proximity to Disneyland, reasonable reviews on TripAdvisor, and a good rate from an OTA. Overall, we found the hotel to be a reasonable place to stay. The bed was comfortable, all the amenities were functional, and the staff was friendly. Location: The hotel was located about 2 blocks walk from Disneyland. It is right off Interstate 5, and although some people mention freeway noise as a factor, I can't say we noticed that when we were in our room (#1121). Cleanliness: This area needs a bit of improvement. When we arrived at the room, we found that it had a bit of a musty smell to the room, and the air conditioner was not turned on. We turned on the AC unit, and the room cooled off fairly quickly, although the musty smell never completely dissipated. I also noticed that after taking off my shoes and walking around within the room, the bottoms of my socks were pretty dirty. (Similarly, when I woke up and walked to the shower the next morning, and stepped in, there were visible amounts of dirt being washed off the bottom of my feet). In-Room Facilities: The air conditioner, as already mentioned, cooled the room well. (I did notice that Housekeeping turned off the unit every day, which is probably an energy-saving measure, but had the side effect of the room being a bit warm when we got back in the evening). However, it never shut off. I would set the temperature, and the unit would keep running and running. The unit was fairly noisy, and I feel that my sleep was interrupted occasionally due to the noise of the AC unit. The shower had decent water pressure, and the shower head was actually high enough to stand under without bending. It did appear that the edges of the tub surround had been recaulked many times, each time just adding a new layer of caulk over the old caulk. This gave a "messy" impression, but isn't something that affected my rating of the hotel. We did not use the fridge or microwave. Hotel Facilities: We did not use the pool, and we found the breakfast to be adequate. Being able to have fresh waffles was a nice touch. I didn't eat the "eggs", but my wife said they were "pretty awful" Collapse

Stayed here as part of a 3 night Disneyland trip that took us to a different hotel every night. When we checked in the girl at the desk was very nice, explained where to park and where our room was. We checked in with the valet guy, who gave us a parking tag to keep in our car (you don't have to valet, but still have to check in with him). He warned that you shouldn't leave the hotel in the evening because the lot will be full and if it is you will have to valet. Good thing we didn't because every spot was full by around 8pm. Another thing to note, the parking spaces are tiny. We have a Ford Explorer and it was pretty much on both parking lines. Ended up with 2 larger cars next to me and I had to crawl in through the trunk to back out and load the family up. Anyway, back to the room. We were given a room right above the pool. Like, I could go out my door and jump over the hand rail (on the 2nd floor) and would land in the pool. We knew what that meant for us, but it was around dinner time and my kids were hungry so we went in the room. Nothing about this room was updated. Carpet looked old, sheets were old, TV was old, bathroom was old. Everything is old. I think they are banking on the fact that they will always have a steady stream of guests from Disneyland looking for cheaper accommodations so they have no incentive to keep it up to date. We were only there for one night, and there didn't appear to be any cleanliness issues, so we dealt with it. Unfortunately it only got worse. There was a large group at the pool. Probably 8 adults, with seemingly 2 kids per adult. They were out there for a large portion of the night, drinking, talking loud and their kids yelling and going crazy. Now I get it, you are on vacation and it's a pool. That's fine. But the hotel should do something about the noise. You can't allow kids to be screaming, slamming the pool gates all night, when there are so many rooms around the pool. There was nothing we could do to stifle the noise and it was very unpleasant. We got up early the next morning, packed our stuff and left. Honestly, if you are looking for cheap that's fine. But I can tell you that we will never be back. Collapse
