We just spent a week here with our toddler and it was a proper break - our 19 month old went to kid's club each morning and we got to relax by the lovely adults pool (which is freezing!) with afternoons spent by the main (and children's) pool - not freezing. The staff at the kid's club were brilliant - Meryem and Adil in particular. So flexible, accommodating and brilliant with the little ones. The facilities at the club are brilliant too - loads of animals, trampolines, playground, indoor play areas and even cycle carts. The pool areas are very nice too with plenty of room and more private lounging spaces too, you don't have a load of sun beds piled on top of each other so you get your own space. Food was okay, buffet style dining prevades so plenty of options but it nothing to get too excited about. There is also a decent snack bar by the pool and they were happy to heat up our son's food for us - the menu for children at this snack bar isn't great and there aren't any healthy options. We went half board and found the purchase of food and drinks at the resort to be expensive - all inclusive would probably be a better option, with that in mind. The rooms are relatively small but adequate and, most importantly, clean and comfortable. The cots have a proper mattress and good quality - they also leave milk and a kettle in the room for you if you children, this was a nice touch and was a welcome addition. There is a lot of space at this resort which is fantastic with small children, so much room for them to run around and explore. Finally, the hospitality of the staff was warm and open - makes for a lovely atmosphere. Overall, I would recommend this for a chilled break with children. You can pop into Marrakesh via the free hour shuttle and then escape from the chaos back to the resort afterwards! Collapse

It was our second time in the resort - and we did enjoy it equally if not more that the first time. Gardens are very well maintained, addition of second pool was a great idea (gown up only Zen pool), staff are attentive and nice (Monia, Kamal, Hichup to name the few), food is great throughout the day, rooms are clean and nice (we stayed in the room with a swimming pool/garden view). We had great relaxing time which is exactly what we came to get - time flew too fast and we would stay longer if only possible :-). I think value for money it is one of the best options we could get. It is of course subjective opinion but we are already contemplating if we would return for the third time next year Collapse

Amazing hotel, in a great location, with the friendliest staff. The hotel ticks all the boxes - it's very clean and we'll looked after, the food is great (it really is!), the gardens are stunning and really well kept, the spa is perfect and the swimming pools are really lovely. The staff are second to none, they are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Everyone from the brilliant Kamal and Simo (Pullboys) who are a pleasure to see each day to the brilliant barmen Adil, Simo, Mehdi and Hafid, who make the best cocktails, make this hotel truly special. This is our third time to the hotel - it's that good! Collapse

My husband, our 7 year old and myself had an amazing 4 nights at Pullman Marrakech last month. The hotel is very clean and well maintained with 3 pools. My daughter loved spending hours in the kids-village especially the min-farm; where the kids were allowed to feed animals. Staff at the hotel were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and good at their job. On request they even made arrangements to provide us with milk for tea in the room. We stayed half board at the hotel and there was plenty of choice food-wise on all days. Breakfast was a bit repetitive but the fresh juices were very much appreciated. There is an omelette station but I would suggest you mention how you like your eggs because one of our omelette wasn’t cooked through. The only issue we faced was that we were invoiced twice for the daily tax; we had already paid at check-in but were given a bill at checkout again, this was subsequently rectified on show on our receipt.
