So we arrived at the hotel very late on Saturday evening with our 4 and 7 year old boys, Grayson and Tate. The smell of the orange flower walking up to reception was incredible, and we were immediately met by a lovely luggage bell boy. We checked in straight away with no queue whatsoever, were provided with our all inclusive bands and then a lovely waiter brought well received mint tea and fruit juice and biscuits for the children. The boys were extremely excited when we then hopped on the golf buggy to take us through the sunning grounds to our hotel room - 429. Although we would prefer to be nearer the restaurant next year, the room was immaculate, the children loved the double den bed and the bath room was spacious and clean. We awoke to go for breakfast, and headed for the main restaurant which held an array of different choices, all of which were absolutely delicious, traditional Moroccan eggs, flat breads, pancakes, a whole table of fresh fruit and salads, cereals, yoghurts, and the most amazing pastries! Outstanding. We then headed to the pool, and got a lovely day bed, perfect for us and the boys. Pool was lovely and the guys at the pool bar were very polite and helpful, Mansour was lovely. The children then headed to the kids village, this deserves a HUGE mention, we were greeted by such a lovely team, who made the boys so welcome, Tate fell in love with Tariq and Grayson with Reda. They made our stay unforgettable. The children played in the farm, on go carts, peddle boats, climbing wall, Zorbing, disco dancing, cinema evening and much much more. We were very very sad to say goodbye to all the team when we left last Saturday. Thank you! If you are looking for an exceptional family friendly hotel, with fantastic zen area and spa for adults too, and amazing food and hygiene, then this is the place! Thanks team Pullman Palmaraie Katy, Adam, Grayson and Tate (429) Collapse

The hotel itself is very beautiful and has good facilities and restaurants. The rooms are a bit on the small side but the main problem was the staff. At first we thought it was a one off; but there were persistent problems- check in took over 1 hour (at 4pm); housekeeping was chaotic; spa appointment was made for the wrong day by the person taking the booking over the phone, and eventually accommodated after asking for manager; waiters and bar staff were unfriendly and I am sorry to say came across as purely racist. I had to eventually complain about the bar staff. Having lived in London for so long and travelled the world; it was a shock to encounter this kind of behaviour in Morocco! Collapse

We are a family of 4 with two children that are 14 and almost 2 years old. We chose this hotel because the kids area looked great and we were really looking forward to it, BUT when we arrived to the kids area, we found out that parents are NOT allowed - this is a daycare center, where you can drop off your baby (and it costs extra) while you go and do something else. I'm NOT comfortable with leaving my almost 2 year old with total strangers in a new country, so now we have a couple of days here where there is NOTHING for her to do than stay in the room or go to the pool with mom and dad :( SOOOOO disappointing! I would have wished to know this before, so I could have booked some other hotel - I think Pullman hotel should be more clear about this on their webpage, so now I'm writing this so other families can know this before booking. I arrived in Marrakech in mid feb, all I can say this place is fantastic. I was greeted by a girl called Yasmin who was fab at her job. She explained all about the food facilities on site plus the free shuttle to town and onsite spa. Check in was quick and room was clean. This hotel is 5* and all staff are very helpful. Food was lovely and the hamman was a good experience. All I can say if I come to Morocco again I will defiantly be staying here. The entertainment night was fantastic. Collapse
Excellent Hotel for relaxation. Very good food, spacious premises, free shuttle to city, well appointed rooms.

Premises: The hotel lies in a green oasis of gardens, surrounded by desert. There is a "zen-pool" for readers with sunbeds a bar and umbrellas; a regular pool for everybody with sunbeds and daybeds with umbrellas light music and another bar; and a childrens pool. Besides that there is a small artificial "lake" with a fountain in the middle, on which you can kayak or paddleboat - free of charge. The food: Food was very good. Literally. The breakfast includes fresh juices, fruits, and all other items like fresh omelet and so on. A solid foundation for the day. We opted for the half board, which included a very good dinner as well. Remarkably the dinner menu changed every day, and we always had the choice between at least 5 warm dishes - all buffet style, including veg, meat and fish. The rooms: All guest rooms are located in the residential two story buildings, which are scattered across the northern part of the premises. The standard rooms include a terrace (ground floor) or a balcony (1st floor), AC, comfy beds, a large TV and are well appointed and decorated. Also they are very clean. Location: The hotel is located in the "Palmeraie" area, a suburb of Marrakesh. It is just a 10-15min drive to the city center. Though in walkable distance you only find desert to the north east and south, and some gated residences in the west. Transporation: The hotel offers a free and punctual shuttle bus between 9-18 o´clock if I remember correctly. Returns every hour from 9:30-18:30 o´clock. There are also taxis waiting in front of the hotel, if need be. Collapse
