If you look for good service and spacious and comfortable accommodation ,you should try this hotel. We booked Easy take transport to transfer us to and from the airport ffor 35 Euro. We stay in this hotel twice within a month .2 nights first stay and 5 nights the second stay. All staff we encountered were lovely and helpful and made us felt welocme. Many staff spoke fluent English .Front office staff like Minushin , Soushina,Yasmine, Fattah were extremely helpful and the little gestures like nibblings and fruits in our room and invitation to predinner drinks were very much apppreciated. Our room was spacious ,clean and comfortable .Except for 2 nights, the noise of the outside air con motor affected our sleep but the night manager were quick to address the problem and gave us a quiter room .So if you are a light sleeper , you mmight want to ask for a room away from the outside Air Con motor. The hotel hourly shuttle to and back from close to Cyber Park /medina was great. Made sure you book the shuttle In advance Collapse

We spent 5 nights at the Pullman after New year. I think we must have arrived on their busiest day. We had a suite which was quite far from the main pool and restaurant, but that was not a problem, but for some I can see it might be. Our first day we arrived after 3pm. Our suite was not ready and the lunch service was over (we had booked all inclusive) We were told we could have snacks at the pool bar. Having 2 hungry and tired boys we made a bee line to the pool. Firstly there was no where to sit and our order took forever. Finally our pizza came with a dead fly inside. Eeeks was not a good first impression. Getting milk for coffee by the way is next to impossible, other than at breakfast! Finally after waiting for someone to come and infirm us of our room being ready and no one coming, I decided to check it out. Reception said It was ready and off we went in a golf cart. First impression was the bad smell. Then the broken shower, the unfinished ugly grouting along the bath, with also a shower not working and a very uncomfortable bed. We all wanted to leave. But over the next few days the problems got fixed. the bed had its slats all fallen out, so they just needed to be replaced and then was fine. The shower got fixed and the smell never improved even with tons of air freshener! But the hotel was very gracious and gave us a free meal and some fruit and snacks in the room. They did say we could move after the 3rd day but no one could be bothered and the smell seemed just to be in the hall way. All inclusive food: Breakfast was very good, not a lot of fruit choice though, which did surprise me as there was so much in the markets. Lunch we only had once as still full from breakfast and the dinner was also fine. They offer a good variety of different food and salads. Main Pool was slightly heated, and very nice. The pool bar offer snacks like pizza, burgers sandwiches and great french fries after 3, plus any drink you wish. We enjoyed the food there and the service improved everyday. The gym is small and attached to the spa at the back. There are two treadmills that work well, a couple of bikes and rowing and weight machine No free weights or area to do much of a floor work out. All in all, as we got to know our way around, the place got better and the small faults did not matter. The staff are very friendly and certainly tried to fix the problems in the room. Would I return, probably, but I would check out the room before moving in. Collapse

Very pleased at the Pullman. When we arrived, Yasmine welcomed us with Moroccan tea and deserts. The registration was very quick and we were given our room immediately. We stayed in a beautiful suite. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had a kettle, a Nespresso, bottled sparkling and still water, coffee and tea everyday. We purchased the inclusive package and we were very pleased with all the meals. The meals were delicious and very healthy and fresh. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My children, ages eight and ten, enjoyed the food, the staff, and the resort. We took a free shuttle to the central square Jemaa El-Fna. It took less than 20 minutes. You can take it everyday, as long as you book the time with reception. Otherwise, take a taxi. The tours that you plan, will come to the resort to pick you up and drop you off. You can book with the hotel or set up something else while you are in the central square, they will come and pick you up. Our stay at the Pullman was lovely and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality! Collapse

This is the perfect spot for families seeking to visit Marrakesh with young kids. Be picky about your room. There are definitely some duds. The resort grows on you. Our overall assesment started very low and ended very high. We visited in December and it was quite cold. We were very happy to have our puffy coats. That said it warmed up during the days to where some of the guests were sunbathing by the pool. Brrrr. The resort has a nice zen like calm, clean, yet artistic appearance. There are a lot of fun sculptures that will delight kids and their adults. It is not a strictly kids abience at all. Check In This was the only horrible experience at the hotel. We arrived at about 3:30 to 4 pm, well within normal check-in time. The staff at the front desk made us wait excessively to speak with them. They were busy with paper work and gave the initial impression of dismisal. Were were a family group of 5 adults and one child. We had booked two adjoining suites. There was no welcome of any sort. We were told to "sit over there" on a couch bench. We waited at least 15 minutes before the front desk clerk to hand us key cards and send us off to our rooms. We were given two rooms that smelled of sewage, had not working heat and no television. We refused. Were told to wait. 10 minutes later two more rooms with similar issues were presented. Meanwhile the hotel was practically deserted. There were no guests anywhere. We were told there were some rooms that we might see in a "higher catagory". We were not in the basic category to begin so this was surprising. The new room had comfortable heat, working TV and basically in much better shape. We accepted the room but the surly front desk clerk told us it would be 30 euro more for each of these rooms. Then we asked for the manager. We told him we would consider staying tonight but would be leaving for the remainder of the week. Then everything changed. We were welcome to stay in the comfortable rooms minus the 30 euro/day/room surcharge. It was a really exhausting welcome after a long flight to Morocco. Room The room was nice after seeing the first two offered rooms that were really awful. Be careful at this resort. Not all rooms are equal. Check the heat/cooling carefully before accepting. Once we had two nice rooms we were fine. The rooms were well cleaned daily. Fresh bottled water both still and sparkling were provided for free. We were on the first floor. One day we had tiny ants. The housekeeper took care of it instantly. They never returned. These things happen in the desert. The bed was comfortable. The linens changed daily. A nice turn down with a Ferrero Roche chocolate placed on the bed nightly :D Dining We selected a bed and breakfast room. We were delighted with the breakfasts. They were delicious. We never tired of the choices. Lots of fresh juices and fruit. The hot fresh Moroccan pancakes are nice. The eggs are made to your own preference right in front of you. At dinner the cost for buffet was 25 euro. It included beverages on one night and not on another. We are still unclear about that. The different nights have different themes. We enjoyed the convenience. Many days we had a big mid day meal and didn't bother with dinner. The all inclusive is really nice and plentiful enough. For our group it was nice to pick and chose what nights we wanted to buy dinner. W One note this hotel seems to use filtered purified water for the entire hotel. Not one of our party had any concerns with food or water. One of our party accidentally drank from the tap. She stayed well. I do not recomend this. Service The restaurant staff were outstanding. Welcoming doesn't begin to describe the hospitality. The food was of excellent quality with unlimited freshly squezed orange juice. Wow. The hotel's general manager Mr Khalid did make himself known to us after our initial kerflufle. The staff other than the front desk group seem to be excellent. Many spoke good English as well as French and Arabic. We were delighted with all the service except the front desk. Overall This is a family resort for sure. There is an outstanding kids club and baby club. There are playgrounds, trampolines, pedal boats, non-motorized go-carts, a petting zoo and more for the youngsters. The place is utterly safe and walled in. There are kind and friendly staff in the kids area. Our almost 2 year old grandaugher loved the place. That is why we picked this resort. It is perfect with kids and large family groups. Many multi-generational families were enjoying the place from all over the world. We picked this hotel for our little girl. It was a big sucess in that regard Location Palmarie is a lovely suburb of Marakesh. There is a 4-5 times a day free shuttle from the hotel to a spot 2-3 blocks from the central square Jemaa El-Fna. It is very convenient. There is a tour agency at the hotel if you want to book a tour or day trip. There is a small boutique at the hotel. There is a coffee and alcohol bar. Collapse

I stayed here with wife and 2 young children (I had 4 of my sisters also accompanying me). It was great! The children’s activities meant that the kids could pay while we chilled out. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, though it wasn’t difficult to get in and out of the souk via cab or the (free) shuttle service. Although I can’t remember her name, I need to give a great big thank you to the service manager who really looked after us (beyond what I’d expect from other 5* hotels). She was great. Rooms are clean and easily accessible. Collapse
