Reception staff very helpful with any questions asked ,dining room staff always pleasant, cleaning staff very good clean towels every day ,sheets changed 3 times in the week.Hotel in good position for old and new town,30 min walk to the strip for the best entertainment and a 7 euro taxi fare back (recommended) Stayed in room 713 great view over park not too noisy at night if you closed the door.Had a great stay will use again.Went with Jet2 very good in all ways will use again. Room 718 . Top floor. Sun almost all day, so very hot. Especially as aircon broke down 3 times in room, but was fixed each time. Overlooking park and down to pool. Could be some traffic noise but nothing too bad. There is a fridge in room you can hire. No kettle. Good full length mirror. Table chairs on balcony. Safe to hire in room. Good bathroom. No bath large shower. Towels changed every day if required. But can be on small size. Sheets changed twice in 10 days. Mattress very hard and played havoc with bad back. Pillow not good either. Cleaner every day . TV in room. Always waiting for lift. There are only 2. Long way down to restaurant on floor -3. Food very repetitive. Hot. Never ran out. Limited choice. Unlimited icecream machine at dinner. Never much veg. Always chips and chicken. Breakfast always sausage egg and beans. I know there are some negatives but I did enjoy this Hotel and was very reasonable priced through Jet2. Pool was cold in May and enough sun beds. Not sure if enough in height of summer. Downstairs bar near pool. Would stay again. Staff excellent. Wine available by bottle very good price. Hot drink machine coffee not very nice. Get hot water and make your own. Only available for breakfast. Soft drinks from machine not good. Milk is cartons long life and not cold. Entertainment adequate for hotel. Odd show. Dancing. Mostly Spanish as guest mostly Spanish. Reception staff are lovely. English speaking. Will look after your luggage on check out. Hotel very clean. Good location for No 2 bus at top of road will take you on a circular route to carrefour, old Town. New Town. Beach. La cala beach. Bali Hotel. Only 1.50 euro where ever you go. Get off anywhere. Short walk downhill to main bus stop for No10 bus to Albir. Well worth a trip and Altea. Collapse
Average hotel; good for the money paid but would choose a different hotel next time.

Just got back from 3 nights full board at this hotel. I am not fussy when it comes to hotels - eg travelodge and premier inn are fine for me. I chose this hotel based on location, reviews and cost. It was my first time in Benidorm so the location was good for exploring both the new and old towns and was in a peaceful location. If you book on the hotel's website you can get a good deal - full board is offered for just a few euros more than bed and breakfast. I chose this option not intending to take all the meals but it is handy if you are out late and miss breakfast and want to get something to eat at lunchtime before you go out. The free wifi worked fine. Now the negatives - the food is ok, plenty of choice, but I've had better in an equivalent Spanish 3 star. The coffee in the morning is awful and the juice looked powdered. You have to pay at other meals for water, wine etc.. I took my travel kettle etc as there is no facility for tea making in the rooms. There are a lot of older Spanish people staying at this hotel, which obviously caters more for them, although I did see a Jet 2 holidays information board. The dining room is very noisy and more like a canteen and it just makes you want to bolt your food and not linger. The rooms are ok but I found the pillows (bolster type) very uncomfortable and the towels very small and thin. You can hear the cleaners moving the beds upstairs in the mornings! The (hard and uncomfy) beds are the usual 2 singles pushed together and they slide on the tiles so if you are travelling as a couple, one of you will probably end up in the dip in the middle! The air con wasn't on and the room info said it doesn't start till June (strange) so the room was uncomfortably hot. You have to pay extra for the safe and the fridge. I was tempted to just plug the fridge in and use it, as it was working but wasn't sure if they would know somehow and charge me for it!! If I didn't really need the fridge though. The hotel puts on entertainment each night but I didn't sample it, preferring to be out with my friends. If you turn left from the hotel and right at the main road at the top, there are a few inexpensive eateries used by locals which do lovely snacks, breakfast etc at reasonable prices. There is also a large supermarket open till 10 pm and a pharmacy near clinica benidorm. Because of the no air con, the pillows, towels, dining facilities and having to pay extra for things, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again but would pay a bit more for a better hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by Benidorm. It is a lovely place and now that I have my bearings, I would stay nearer to the new town. Collapse

Just got back from Benidorm, was staying at the Prince Park hotel. We didn't sleep all week. The traffic is terrible and the walls are so thin you can hear everything and to top it all there was some sort of concert in the park on Saturday. They rehearsed all day and didn't finish the concert until 1am. Don't be deceived by the pictures of the rooms, they are not as nice as they look. They are very tired looking. The toilet door was a sliding door that doesn't fit the frame so there is a gap. The shower was a walk in one which leaked everytime we had a shower and where do I start about the food and the whole nightmare experience of going for breakfast. It was torture.... The food was ALWAYS cold and tasteless and whilst you are trying to stomach the food, there are 2 woman staff rushing around with a big trolley collecting dishes clattering the crockery and cutlery. The noise is unreal and all you want to do is get out of there. Can't comment on the bar staff because we didn't use the bar. The reception staff were pleasant and the girl who serviced our room was lovely. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. Collapse
