Absolutely stunning hotel in Benidorm. Can't fault anything we really enjoyed are stay here. Rooms was lovely we was in a family room so didn't have the glass door in the bathroom. Room was spacious. Good tv with a lot of English channels. Good wardrobe space. Comfy bed, sofa beds were slightly squeaky when you moved but not an issue for us once you have heard it a few times you kind of get used to it. Wifi throughout the hotel was excellent worked constantly no issues and is free. Lifts are different but after the 1st few goes you pretty much get the hang of it not sure what the issue is with these from previous reviews. Food can be abit repetitive but for an all inclusive holiday it's very good. All friendly staff. No issue during the whole week getting sunbeds around pool could get them anytime of the day, could do with some more umbrellas though as there wasn't many. Overall excellent holiday. We was very happy. Collapse

I've just lost the huge review that I created . . Stayed at PB with 10 yr old son. . Airport transfer was 1 hour. . Twin Room on 17th floor as requested, brilliant sea views. No sofa. . Sun on balcony for hours late afternoon/early evening. . Received complimentary fruit, bubbly & water in room. . Rented pool towels €2 plus €10 deposit (each). . Highly Recommend Aqualandia Water Park (booked with TUI rep @ hotel), see separate TA review. No transport is included. . Open Bus tour (No 31) to Altea was worthwhile at €5 pp. Bus stop is close to PB. . Bus journey into Old Town (No 1 or 2), made a nice change, €1.50 pp . Crazy golf €5 pp, 5 mins walk . Burger King & Subway, 2 mins walk . Tasty ice cream parlour across the road called Jijonex. . Food was fine & as expected. Although I found desserts all tasted very similar, with the same items every evening. . Hotel is clean, bright & modern in a great location. . Great pool with shallow areas for children plus a separate toddler/child splash area/pool. Inflatables were allowed. . Entertainment ladies worked hard around the pool daily & children/adults got involved with the activities. . Night entertainment was poor and needs a revamp. Lots of local places to visit however, better quality acts should be available in house. . Some evenings a film was on offer for children at 10pm. . I think AI hours could be longer then 10.00-11.00 & that slushes should be included. . We did not visit the beach. It was very busy in the public areas and beds/parasols were expensive. . The majority of staff were friendly & short queues at the bars. We had a lovely holiday & I would recommend staying at PB Happy to answer any Qs Collapse

I've actually messaged Port Benidorm many times about how amazing their hotel is, but my other trip advisor account got removed for unknown reasons.... Port Benidorm hotel is a luxury 4 Star (Should be 5 Star) hotel, located only 100m from Levante Beach, and a few kilometres away from Aqualandia (Water Park) and MundoMar (Zoo). If you want an action packed holiday then Port Benidorm is for you. I went to Port Benidorm last year on the 23rd August 2016 for 7 nights in room 1202, and the room was really clean and organised. It had just been refurbished 2 months before I came from Los Dálmatas, which I visited in 2014 which was quite fun down but it was still alright. The rooms at Port Benidorm provide you with a terraced balcony, a bathroom, beds, a safe, wardroabs, clothing drawers, Air Conditioning, etc. However the bathrooms have glass walls so if someone wants to use the toilet or shower then the person might have to step out onto the balcony and shut the curtain! That didn't stop me from having an amazing holiday. Daytime activities were amazing last year with the three animation workers Daniel, Monica and Vasco, with a variety of games such as waterpolo, darts, aqua aerobics, table tennis, darts, tug of war, swimming activities/ races, etc. (I don't think Daniel and Monica are there to this day.) Food was excellent with a varied amount of different foods to choose from, suitable for all ages! If you don't fancy dressing up and going indoors for lunch then why not (with All inclusive) use the outdoor snack/ lunch bar when you can eat what you want and when you want! The hotel has had a massive transformation and looks like a completely different hotel! The lifts are quite clever as you use a touchscreen to choose what floor you want to go to, and once in the lifts it goes to your destination without any interruptions on the way. The only problem last year was the waiting times for the lifts. Yesterday I got back from my holiday at Sol Pelícanos Ocas in Benidorm and visited port Benidorm hotel. The lifts are a lot quicker this year than last year, and the hotel have added a mechanism where you swipe your room card underneath the lift port and it knows which room you're staying in....so no one can now mess with the lifts! Excelente! When I was on my holiday a few days ago I recognised a lot of the staff, one of them was Christian the bar tender, who said he recognised me from last year and 3 years ago too. Also you check out Port Benidorm's Mannequin Challenge on YouTube which gives you an overlook on the entrance area and the lovely staff. Amazing hotel, might be back next year, not sure if I'll be in the hotel itself but will be in Benidorm The Pool outside is a fairly large pool which lights up at night. In case you're worried about your little children going in the pool, don't, because there's an average sized area for infants. Hope this review helps, and I hope it brings even more fabulous people to your hotel Port Benidorm! Regards. Collapse
