We stayed here for 10 nights in October on an all inclusive basis. We stayed in Stella upstairs room with view of pond from balcony. Have read a few negative comments but can't really understand why. This resort is next to nature reserve wetlands special yes there were mosquitoes but I only had 2 bites and my husband didn't have any. The room had plug in repellent and screen on balcony door. Room had obviously had refurbished recently and was lovely . Had sofa bed also but it would have been squeeze if we had 2 children with us also. There are different types of accommodation at this resort . Maris rooms are smaller and located closer to road but some will have sea view. Our room was in lovely quiet area. Staff lovely and friendly maid excellent and waiter and bar staff very helpful. Lovely welcome to the restaurant each day. No wrist bands for all inclusive you have a card which is scanned . A bit of a mither as you had to have it with you. It's marketed as a privacy point as hotel caters for all different types of board basis but I suspect it's for data purposes to see what AI guests are 'spending'. Food was fantastic I was the first time we have been AI in a hotel and not got bored with food.Lovely pool bar with fantastic menu. Lots of cyclists at this hotel but also suitable for families and couples. No trouble with getting a sunbed but we were out of season. Lots of sunbeds stacked up at side of pool area so I imagine it can be very busy in peak periods. Hotel is on busy road with small rocky beach you could borrow an sunbed from hotel if you really wanted to be on beach not really suitable for children lots of sea weed due to nature reserve. Really good bus service to Alcudia old town and Puerto Pollensa and wider areas beyond with connecting buses. Pollensa old town beautiful with fantastic Sunday market. Beautiful beach at Puerto Pollensa with lovely restaurants and places to walk. We never go back anywhere as believe there are always new places to try but would certainly recommend this resort and go back here if the opportunity arose. Collapse

We were recommended to this hotel by several unconnected friends who all gave it high praise. On arrival, we immediately liked what we saw, a modern open reception area surrounded by well landscaped blocks of two storey rooms linked by walkways. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are of a high standard. There are 3 pools, 2 outdoor and one indoor at the spa, which is also top notch with the additional benefit of a gym and all that goes with this class of spa. We were here to cycle and we were spilt for choice. 2 cycle shops. we chose the one close to reception which is below ground level- Top spec bikes, from carbon road to mountain bikes. We chose high spec road bikes (canyon) which were geared for the island climbs. (11-32 cassette). Reasonable price and highly recommended. Alcudia is close by as is Pollenca and Port Pollenca. The food was great, and way above the standard of other places we have stayed in respect of choice. My only minor gripe is the cost of some of drinks, but I suppose I did have a choice ! Staff are all friendly and well motivated. Bottom line question- Will we go back ? Definitely ! Collapse

We stayed here for a week in September for our first family holiday with our 1 yr old. Staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. The food and drink selection was brilliant with a huge range of choice. We caught the bus to nearby alcudia and pollenca- both worth a visit. Aqua land was also worth a visit in Palma. The only downside is that the hotel is not near a "proper" beach. We walked to port de pollenca to the nearest beach with restaurants etc, and it took about 30-40mins. Brilliant holiday, and we will definitely visit again. Collapse

Went with family (small children) in May. This was one of the few places I have ever visited to be perfect for people with and without kids. Loads to do such as tennis courts, football plus excellent bike hire facilities. Nice food, we were all inclusive. Good entertainment and helpful staff. Really need a car or be prepared to stay, as a bit out of town, but we liked this. Separate areas for adults only but kids made very welcome. Great place, would like to go back one day. Collapse

Stayed with wife and 2 teenage boys. Food and wine better than expected on all inclusive, not the rugby scrum we feared in dining room. Pool nice, poolside bar area relaxed bar/waiting staff excellent .Asked my permission before letting 16 yr old have a beer.. Connecting rooms ideal for our family dynamic. Boys found football match to play every day. Rented car from resort (cheap.). Did excursion on catamaran for day from reception. Bit hairy at 200plus euro but we got last trip of the season so only 16 on a boat they take 100 on! Made it a great day out , don't think I would want to be on with 100 others though. Bus to Pollenca easy and cheap. Market fun. Don't need to do cycling to enjoy this resort it is good quality . Would definitely go back. Collapse
