Booked this hotel through booking.com, breakfast only. Most of the hotel seems to be catering for the German/All Inclusive market. I went out for walking. Didn't realise that I would have to negotiate a main road sharing a cycle lane for a few miles each way that I walked. Hotel was good, Spa was excellent. A La Carte Menu was very basic and only served until 1600. I was disappointed that if you weren't on the all inclusive deal your only option was to spend 25Euro to join in on the evening meal!! it was too far and too dangerous to walk to the nearest towns at night for other restaurants. Spa was fab, with amazing views over the sea. Paid for a full body massage which was pricey but worth it. Don't think I would come back to this area, great for cyclists but not so good for walking.... will return to the South West of the Island, far more a walkers paradise than this! Collapse

Stayed here on October 2016 and was less than an hour's ride from Palma airport. This resort is a great location as it is near Cap de Formentor (A must) and is accesible to almost every place of interest on the Island. We arrived and was greeted by the Duty Manager Jessica. She made quite the impression, she was very polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff were courteous and cannot fault the level of service. We upgraded to half board and was delighted with the quality and quantity of the food available especially in breakfast. There are adult only zones for accomodations and dining which I would definitely recommend to couples or adult groups who wish a more quieter atmosphere. The only drawback is that the furniture in the room could use an upgrade but we werent really bothered and just attributed this to the character of the place. Overall we enjoyed our 6 nights stay and already making plans on coming back! Collapse

Pros:The facilities for athletes are numerous and of a high standard. The location is perfect for cyclists. The rooms are modern, clean but on the small side. Two people sharing a standard is a bit of a squeeze if sports equipment such as bikes are kept in the room. The food (most important to athletes) is of a high standard and caters for all tastes and diets. Cons: Overnight storage facilities for bikes and other sports equipment is a glaring omission from the site. Collapse
They've changed their management and concept - I've changed my mind.

Me and my family were very satisfied with the hotel in the last years. I couldn't find a better place for me and my family on the busy island of Mallorca. The location, two restaurants, two outside and one inside pool made it quite special for us so that we returned first time in our life to the same place. This year the hotel told us by some management decisions that this was a big mistake but mainly our fault that we've still got our kids in the age of 6 and 9. The hotel is massively changing with the new management and the new concept that's straight foreward focussing on adults only - while families are still welcome to leave their money here for the half of the facilities that can get used. IThe worst thing here is that there is absolute NO Add-on that compensates this loss of service and opportunities. To sum this years experience up in one word: Inacceptable! Let me add some details of the pros and cons of the hotel: The staff: Very friendly, helpful and with great loyalty to the hotel. That means a lot today and to see that they are partly sorry for the managements decisions hurts. The location: A big pro and small con. Between Alcudia and Port Pollentia the hotel is a quiet place to relax in the middle of nowhere. If you want to go to a beach or closeby civilisation you need take a car, the bus or a bike to get there. You should know this in advance. The beach: The sea is on the other side of a highly frequented street but there is no beach next to the hotel. The daily organised trip to a beach is o.k but takes you back just after three hours at 1pm. The pools: Two outside pools. One of them closed for kids. Two (!) inside pools for bad weather days. Both(!) closed for kids and accessible for adults only. Even under the supervision of an adult the entry is not allowed. The gym is well equipped and free of charge. Sauna, Relaxing room, second inside pool) can get used for 12,50 Euro per resident and day. The restaurants: Two Restaurants - one for adults only The Chef still does a great job here. The Animation program: Seems to be o.k but my personal impression is that some cost cutting may have happened here. The mini disco for the kids plays still the same music than two years ago. Kids-Club: I cannot say much about the Kids-Club: Our kids rejected to go there again after their first visit for some reason. My assumption is that there was no chance for a second first impression. The management may be interested to ask them separately. Our conclusion and wish for the future: Keep up the great ratings and we may be back with the family in 10 years - when we can use all your facilities again and all rooms and bugalows might have been updated. In the meanwhile my recommendation follows the hotels strategy marked on some signs at the areal: For adults only! Collapse
Nice for families

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the good food, very child-friendly staff, nice pools for both kids and adults. What can be improved though is the maintenance of the rooms, maybe hire more cleaning personnel to do the job.
