Nice and very well functioned resort, and a lot opportunities with kids club, spa, gym, pool area, entertainment etc. (just to mention a few). You have also opportunity to use bike stations, whether you come for the purpose to enjoy the mountains or a combining family and relaxation. The staff was very good, and a true example of good service and ownership from the people working in the resort. Great friendliness and it has been a pleasure visiting this resort, and we will for sure come back. We bought the all inclusive package and this is recommendable. Collapse

I will start with the positives. The staff are absolutely wonderful and will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The grounds and main swimming pool are stunning and there really is a fantastic buffet. (albeit it could be better for vegetarians we do like a nice rich dish sometimes like a veggie lasagna)However for the price we ended up paying the rooms are very basic. This is truly a four star if not 3 accommodation when it comes to its rooms which are tiny. The first room we were given did not even fit our luggage so I would suggest you try and change rooms if you find that. The were very accomodating of this also. What brings it up to 4 stars are the facilities. The surroundings and rooms are a bit out of kilter. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing so no swimming still in April except for a few brave souls and children who know no better...They could easily extent the season if they did have a heating in the swimming pool. If you are a keen cyclist especially at top club level this place is for you. It even has a cycling holiday agent and shop on site. If you are not it can be a little intimating. As I would say in April at least a large portion of the holiday makers are very serious cyclists. I can't help think that this hotel has found its niche and really caters to the clubs. The cyclists are extremely aggressive and use the common pathways which the pedestrians use. You suddenly find them behind you and feel you should not be in their way. I would suggest perhaps cycle paths for the cyclists there is enough room to put them in. It is a shame that this hotel has decided to cater to that end of the market. With a bit of thought to its rooms I believe it could become a 5 star hotel and very much in demand internationally. I think we will return if we want a holiday that is more sporty and not all that glamorous as it is a beautiful part of the world and the people are very nice. Collapse

The resort is beautiful, just on the coast before Alcudia. Rooms are pretty small, but comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful both at reception and Spa. Spa is great with stunning view on the bay. Just refurbished. 2 outdoor swimmingpools partly occupied by lanes. Beds are comfortable but not fixed to the ground. Wifi doesn't cover the edges of the resort, so we didn't have signal in our room. However the restaurant was a very positive point. Great buffet selection, with fresh greens and outdoor grill. Lucky we decided to stay at the resort for dinner!! Collapse

We stayed in room A18. Great views, kept immaculately clean and very comfortable. Cleanliness was very impressive as we are not the tidiest of people! Staff friendly, especially the cheery cleaners. Food choice super and early breakfast let us get out on our bikes and avoid the business of big groups of riders. Lots of other facilities, but we didn't get round to using them. We hope to be back again. Collapse

The resort was everything we wanted for two adults and a teenage son. Lots to do and close to Alcudia and Puerto Pollentia, as only a 10 minute bus ride to both. The site is so clean and tidy, and such a relaxing atmosphere, even around the pool. The food is the best that we've experienced on our hols and the option of an 'adult only' dining room offers a relaxed meal too, although we tried both. Drinks with all inclusive are good (San Miguel etc.) and not local stuff, and the cocktails in the adult only bar were great. The added bonus of having a spa on site was really good and all inclusive visitors get an hour free in their every day, although we used the other facilities too. The rooms are clean and tidy, but over luxurious but you don't spend much time in them. The pool area is nice and there's an adult only pool too, but didn't use this as we like the noise and atmosphere of a family pool, however it always winds me up to see a few towels on beds from 9am to 3pm for those returning fro the beach for half an hour; why don't hotels do something about this!!!. The area is great, not a good beach outside of hotel, but lovely beaches not far away. There is a nature reserve behind the hotel complex, but the whole place has a nice countryside feel. Entertainment not fantastic in the evenings for adults only, but great for families. My son met some young people and spent most nights in the towns. In the whole a great holiday and looking forward to returning in July 2017. Collapse
