Upon arrival, we were checked in and told our room was ready ahead of time. We were informed where the restaurant pools and bar were within in the hotel. We opted to rent the safe for 20 Euros and they gave us a piece of paper with instructions on how to set the lock. The safe is situated in the wardrobe in the room.. The hotel has 2 lifts - but they hold 6 at a time and they're very noisy and rickety! They frequently banged against the sides of the shaft. Our room was on the 6th floor, and we weren't fortunate to get a pool view and we were above the Shamrock Bar and Smugglers bar. We slept with the balcony door open and the bars weren't noisy at all. The room had 3 beds in - 2 beds pushed together to create a double and a single bed against the wall. Plenty of storage in the room with a dressing table, 2 bedside units and a wardrobe. The balcony had 3 plastic chairs and a small plastic table. The service from cleaning was superb. Beds freshly made every day, and clean towels daily. They closed the curtains to keep your room cool. The down side is definitely the food. Breakfast consisted of your usual fruits, cheeses ham, pate, bread, pastries etc, but the cooked breakfast wasn't appealing at all. Scrambled egg that was dry, fried eggs with "snotty" yolks and bacon that was all fat. The sausage wasn't appetising either. It had a feeling of a canteen with no sense of order! There was one girl that seemed to work all hours on the bar and the restaurant in the morning. We never caught her name, but she was lovely and very friendly and helpful. Lunch and Dinner weren't much better and we ate out every day! Definitely save your money! The saving grace of this hotel is the location as it is fantastic. Just around the corner from the beach and a 15/20 minute walk into the old town. You can also get the bus to Puerto Pollensa for a day and C'an Picafort. As much as the service and location is great, it isn't worth a 3 star in my opinion. It's a good hotel to rest your head, but lacking in amenities and the food is awful! We won't visit this hotel again, but would visit the resort. Collapse

we booked all inclusive. food good but dining room small for the number of guests, could do with a few more staff as they worked very hard and could not cope with clearing tables and sitting guests should have 2 sittings. pool area small and not many sunbeds. entertainment average. our room 6th floor overlooked pool area we had a fridge and kettle we did not hire this but was already in room which was a bonus, room clean big but basic a/c good. overall this hotel is good value would return. if you are a smoker its paradise smoking allowed on balconies, around pool area every outside space there are ashtrays. I was pleasantly surprised by this Hotel. Its in a good position, handy for Alcudia (which is a lovely place with lots of cafes, bars, shops, beach, beautiful church and interesting Roman ruins and amphitheatre). My room (on th 5th floor but there are 2 lifts) was quite small, but ample for me, with a comfortable double bed, clean bathroom (with a small pack of toiletries and tissues) and small balcony overlooking the pool which was in full sun in the afternoon. It was cleaned thoroughly every day but Sunday and I was supplied with plenty of fresh towels. I hired a safe, but did not bother with a fridge and I took my own travel kettle. The food was tasty and plentiful, with lots of choice to suit most tastes, in my opinion. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and polite in the Restaurant and Hotel. The pool area is small, but I never failed to get a sunbed. It opens at 8,30 and I just waited for about 5 minutes beforehand. There is also a large sun terrace with sunbeds just a flight of stairs above the pool. The pool is one of the cleanest I have encountered, as was the pool area, which was swept and tidied every day. All in all, a very pleasant stay, with a safe and friendly feel for myself as a solo traveller. It is inexpensive but is very good value for money and I would certainly return there. Collapse

Writing this at the hotel as i go home tomorrow This is a 3 star hotel , nice little hotel very close to the beach and shops 5 min walk max I would say it suits most people even the lesser able as it is nice and flat apart from a slope outside to the hotel entrance, there are 2 lifts on site that take you to all areas The bar , restaurant and pool are on the lower level The bar Most drinks are all inclusive so think they should suit most tastes, coffee machine also, staff are friendly and helpful The restaurant All inclusive is a good option , fresh salad available with every meal , Breakfast bacon, eggs , sausage , beans ect plus the chef cooks something fresh every day , omelettes, pancakes ect , other meal times the chef also cooks , chicken, fajitas ect overall quite good ,always pudding and fresh fruit also does get busy most mealtimes The Reception Very helpful , arrived early got our key no bother The room Smallish but good , cleaned every day apart from Sunday's, nice little pack with shampoo ect in it in the room Rooms at the front overlook the road and can be a bit noisy ,rooms at the back have a pool and possibly a sea vue, rooms have air con Plus points Pool was nice very clean but a bit small Did not have to queue for a seat or sunbed but the area does get busy Food was very good No kids !! Bad points Rooms can be noisy from road noise and I think I had the pickfords moving training academy staying above us ! All in all a good hotel Remember it's a 3 star not the Ritz so mark it that way and don't expect the moon on a stick when you book it Overall Port Alcudia is a nice place lively in the evenings but friendly Collapse
