Well what can I say? Before we arrived we were very dubious of the apartments and the reviews we had seen online. Loads of the reviews slate the apartments and say how bad they are and dated. This made us really wary of coming here for a week. We are a group of 7 people aged from 26-38 who have come for a week away. When we got here the receptionist was here to greet us and get our details off us. There were no problems with her and it was even really early in the morning. We sorted this out in a very small time with no problems which meant we could go up to the room and get into bed for the next day. The apartments are full of character! The reception has little bits and bobs in it which make it interesting. The rooms are brilliant and spacious for the amount you pay. The only problem I have with staying here is the bed and how uncomfy they are. If you sleep on your back then you're fine, but I sleep on my front which killed me. This wouldn't put me off coming back here though. The food is lovely! Ate breakfast here every morning and it's proper English food! Only had other food here a handful of times but everyone in our group tried the ribs and said they were lovely! The staff from behind the bar were lovely and really friendly! Everyone had a laugh with them all and got along with them. Made some great friends here and met some absolutely lovely people. I'm definitely going to have a look at coming back here for a small break as it's so cheap. Plus, I've recommended this place to my parents to book a week away for the near future. Collapse
Not too bad for the price

Arrived at two in the morning, warmly greated by a nice English speaking lady on reception who offered us water or a hot drink to take up to our room. The book in process was easy, as others have already mentioned there is a deposit of €100 or £80 to pay on arrival. The place is tired and could do with a lot of updating, broken patio table, broken drawers in the bedrooms and various other things but it does not affect your stay. We are on our second night here and cannot really complain considering the price we paid. We didn't expect 5* because we didn't pay 5* prices. Collapse

booked to stay here for 10 days, biggest mistake we made, arrived at around 3-30 in the morning very tired and had to wait for the lady who lives over the road to come over with the key, she was very rude and had a dog with her who just happened to poo on the floor and she picked it up with her hand and put it in the bin....... the pool area was filthy, the room was clean but no pillows, the pull out bed was broke it was very small and there was 4 of us , any way it was late so we had to stay the night but 7am next morning we were out , no way would I stay here we found a hotel that was bed n breakfast for the same price, ok its cheap but cheap and nasty, look for another accomadation is my advice, Collapse

I stayed here with 2 friends on the 2.06.17 for 1 week. We walked into the hotel around 2am after coming off a terrible flight to a grumpy rude lady, I am surprised we didn't walk back out the door!! The reception was cluttered and dusty. Room was spacious but very dated. I went to ask for toilet roll and was charged €2.60 for a pack of 6 as we where self catering. I always go self catering and have never been charged for toilet roll. We also had to pay €1 each for fresh towels!! Our friends where staying at a lovely hotel just a short walk away so we used there pool for the 5 days they where here. If u are going on a girls/lads holiday I would not recommend. The food is lovely and cheap though and the shower was great that is the only 2 things good about this. There is 2 receptionist one lady and 1 man, both are very rude it's as if they have a hold over u as they have your €100. Grabbing your paperwork out your hand then saying u need to be nice to me or you won't get this back. Bar staff where nice. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!! Collapse

I arrived here with 3 of my friends at the start of June. On arrival first off we struggled to access the apartment due to lack of signs and no one there to welcome us. Finally we got the gates after quite some time to be greeted by no one at the reception the place was very dull and very clutter with random things everywhere which was very dusty. Finally a woman at the reception came to the desk and she was very blunt and kept snapping her fingers . They take a 100 Euro deposit per room . They also take 15 Euro for wifi to use per week. 20 Euros for aircon for a week. If you want to use your T.V in your room you also need to pay 10 Euro per week!! The apartments do not provide maid service or the cleaning of towels and bed sheets , so I would you suggest you bring your own. If you have dirty towels and you would like them washed they also charge you 1 Euro per towel. The apartments themselves are very spacious , air con was fabulous, large balcony space toilet was clean and so was the room. Rooms are a bit in need of a refurbishment . The bed was very hard and squeaky! The sofa bed was like sleeping on concrete . The apartments are in a great location right beside the levante beach front and a 5 min walk from the strip with plenty of bars and restaurants along the way you won't struggle for choice! The wifi that we had paid for only let you access certain things on your phone . It was very slow and would take a long time to load things. All in all I would not stay here again . If you are thinking about staying at this hotel be prepared for lots of extra charges and rude staff. The reception was only opened at certain hours during the day when we stayed it was open from half 4-8 at night and that was all! So if you ever needed help or assistant you would need to wait until the next day !!! On the last day we asked to book a taxi for 8 o'clock and then we discovered we actually needed a taxi for half past 8 instead so we kindly asked the man who was sitting down talking to his Spanish friend the whole day and he finally got up and asked what the problem was when we told him he acted like it was a massive inconvenience for him to cancel and re book a taxi so I said if he wants to give me the number I would do if it was such a hassle for him then he went back behind the reception and we stood there for about 10 mins and I peeked round the corner and he was back sitting down speaking to his friend without a care in the world leaving us without knowing when our actual taxi was booked for.
