We stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights in August. Superb location - near all of the main sights and lots of lovely restaurants and bars, which are easy to walk to. Really polite and helpful staff. The breakfasts were just superb - lovely big dining room with lots of choice, both hot and cold food and everything very tasty. The bedroom was a little small but so comfortable with a lovely bed - very nice to sink into after a night out in Prague! The bathroom was a little tired but clean and with a nice powerful shower. The hotel was on the expensive side but so worth it and we can't wait to stay here again! Collapse

We stayed here for 3 nights to party in Prague. The location is just phenomenal, as all sights, restaurants and clubs are within walking distance. The whole hotel is very charming and still in its old style, rooms are rather small though. Wellness area just satisfies a 4-star standard but is very clean. Big negative point was the service and breakfast. Staff always seemed to be rather cold (sometimes a little rude). Breakfast had nothing to do with 5-stars-standard and was definitely not worth a 200 bugs per night. Instant scramble eggs, cold hot-dishes and you to wait 30 min before you could finally get your omelette. When complaining, the staff always seemed to be totally annoyed and unprofessional. Anyway, all in all a decent hotel if you want to spend a few days centrally in Prague, however, absolutely not worth 200 bugs/night Collapse

This Hotel is well worth a stay, the building has lots of character and is in keeping with the traditional building style and luxury. The staff were outstanding, very service orientated and looking to ensure you as a customer maximises on what Prague has to offer. Located within the 'Old Town' it is ideally situated to step out and see the delights of Prague. The rooms were well appointed, full of character and the daily service keeps them clean and tidy. Each room has there own wifi which is advantageous for the techno's. As this was my wife's birthday weekend, on the day they left a cake that was a chocolate lovers delight (many thanks to the Hotel chef). The photos on trip advisor and the hotels website really does not do its character the justice it deserves. We will go back to this hotel on our return to visit Prague. Collapse

A very enjoyable visit to Prague, and many thanks to this grand old hotel located so very close to the Old Town. The breakfast buffet was so expansive, it was hard to know when to stop. The room was cozy, and comfortable.
